If you're not a Supergirl or Superman fan, that s sign, represents the house of El. It's Superman and Supergirl's family symbol, from their planet Krypton. And since you could say they're like nobles, the sign of house of El means hope.
Another good scene was when Barry got chosen to be the team leader and Oliver was whispering instructions at him and Sara said:"Are we supposed to pretend we don't hear him?"
I love so shy Kara was acting as she was being introduced & then relieved when she got to show what she can do...then I love it where Felicity gets excited about being apart of this team up. Makes the scene epic.

Well, Oliver has no way of getting to Kara's earth. So it would have to be Kara coming to everyone else's earth and if she did that and there was a crisis, why wouldn't she ask Barry for help?
I love Melissa so much. And I’m sorry but supergirl can pretty much kick all their asses at the same time. The only exception maybe is Barry. As evidenced when they were training she’s floating there and they’re all out on her and she’s just repelling it all and giggling. That’s why they put in that stupid part with Oliver asking her not to be in the main fight. Yeah everyone watching was like okay obviously you just don’t want it over too quickly we get it. Laaaame.

I gotta say, the CGI on the Dominators looks like from a PS2 game, but I absolutely love how nice and wholesome Kara is to everyone despite being the strongest.
This is how I would redo the final battle: Get Felicity & Stein's daughter to make an alien tech virus Get Firestorm to deal with the meta-bomb Get Cisco to vibe breaches close to every spaceship around the world Get Arrow, Flash, Atom & Supergirl to use these breaches to plant the virus on every spaceship. Everyone else protects them from the ground troups. This way, the four hero teams are included. Think a mix between the final fight in Avengers 2 and how Blink for X-men Days of Future's Past fought the Sentinels using her portals. This way, the writers can avoid the half assed attempt to deal with a world wide invasion by sending a flyer and a runner around the world. I don't care how fast Flash is. You don't just send him around the world and expect him to manually plant viruses on every single alien on earth. It's too damned inefficient. Use Cisco's vibing abilities. Don't send him onto the wave rider for no apparant reason. Wasted. Seriously.
Unfortunately, the crossover was still divided into 3 different series, which kinda undermined the JLA/Avengers feel of it. The crossover starts with Flash - so the episode is focused on Barry and Team Flash, the second is in Arrow so we get hallucinations and daydreaming dedicated to Team Arrow, the finale happens in Legends so the story is focused on Legends (and the rest of them is more of an eye-candy). Your version puts a lot of focus on Team Flash, Arrow and Supergirl - which under normal circumstances would make the most sense. The version we got, it allowed for a short recap of situation (Flash and Supergirl are speeding around, don't mind them), Cisco is a bystander (don't mind him) while Canary is the freaking captain and the Legends are fighting like hell. It turned out quite nicely but it still had this sour TV-quality after-taste. I also like to point out (against better judgement) that with all the build up and character development (7 seasons worth of baggage), the "Invasion!" event was better crossover than BvS.
Barry: "Hey Iris, we're about to take on an alien invasion. You wanna come along? You won't be of any use whatsoever and there's no way Joe would even let you near anything we're about to get involved with, but the writers just REALLY want to show everyone together in this one scene."

thing is, no one reacted to her heat vision and later on when they're fighting her, oliver asks "what's that" and barry replies "heat vision", which shows that the heatvision wasn't part of the script.
I liked the first cross over a lot. The second one was fascinating using the same actors as the "bad" characters. Not sure how well the third one will go - the good news is that all five superhero shows are scheduled Sunday through Tuesday (Sunday is Supergirl, Monday is Legends of Tomorrow followed by Arrow, Tuesday is The Flash and Black Lightning (which may not be part of the crossover as the creator believes it is a separate show).

I love Melissa so much. And I’m sorry but supergirl can pretty much kick all their asses at the same time. The only exception maybe is Barry. As evidenced when they were training she’s floating there and they’re all out on her and she’s just repelling it all and giggling. This is how I would redo the final battle:
Get Felicity & Stein's daughter to make an alien tech virus
Get Firestorm to deal with the meta-bomb
Get Cisco to vibe breaches close to every spaceship around the world
Get Arrow, Flash, Atom & Supergirl to use these breaches to plant the virus on every spaceship.
Everyone else protects them from the ground troups.
This way, the four hero teams are included. Think a mix between the final fight in Avengers 2 and how Blink for X-men Days of Future's Past fought the Sentinels using her portals.
This way, the writers can avoid the half assed attempt to deal with a world wide invasion by sending a flyer and a runner around the world. I don't care how fast Flash is. You don't just send him around the world and expect him to manually plant viruses on every single alien on earth. It's too damned inefficient. Use Cisco's vibing abilities. Don't send him onto the wave rider for no apparant reason. Wasted. Seriously.

Cisco was kind of being a little bitch this crossover, which is why they couldn't do that.
Unfortunately, the crossover was still divided into 3 different series, which kinda undermined the JLA/Avengers feel of it. The crossover starts with Flash - so the episode is focused on Barry and Team Flash, the second is in Arrow so we get hallucinations and daydreaming dedicated to Team Arrow, the finale happens in Legends so the story is focused on Legends (and the rest of them is more of an eye-candy). Your version puts a lot of focus on Team Flash, Arrow and Supergirl - which under normal circumstances would make the most sense. The version we got, it allowed for a short recap of situation (Flash and Supergirl are speeding around, don't mind them), Cisco is a bystander (don't mind him) while Canary is the freaking captain and the Legends are fighting like hell. It turned out quite nicely but it still had this sour TV-quality after-taste. I also like to point out (against better judgement) that with all the build up and character development (7 seasons worth of baggage), the "Invasion!" event was better crossover than BvS.

thing is, no one reacted to her heat vision and later on when they're fighting her, oliver asks "what's that" and barry replies "heat vision", which shows that the heatvision wasn't part of the script.

I liked the first cross over a lot. The second one was fascinating using the same actors as the "bad" characters. Not sure how well the third one will go - the good news is that all five superhero shows are scheduled Sunday through Tuesday (Sunday is Supergirl, Monday is Legends of Tomorrow followed by Arrow, Tuesday is The Flash and Black Lightning (which may not be part of the crossover as the creator believes it is a separate show).
