You can feel his passion by the care he takes preparing the dosas. The pride with which he narrates the process madse me feel the sweet smell of the benne and tuppa here.
But he has his hat always on :). Just kidding. Earlier I was visiting his vlogs for his nice English commentary and now-a-days his Kannada is also equally good. And yeah of course his description of food is top notch, teaching us how to enjoy food.
