I’ll still try this proportion… I always added toor dal, channa dal, avalakki but must try this recipe. Imho, grinding in a mixer isn’t the same as wet grinder bcoz the heat of the grinding stones increases fermentation in my experience. What you said is very true that cooking with a clean heart and good state of mind impacts the taste and also the health of guests that eat that food.
