He should also do voice acting. I'd kill to hear like an audiobook read by Amos.

+Kinnzie Martin Periphery set up their own lighting rig and have a special light show for every song as well, the dedication from both of these bands is amazing.

+Kinnzie Martin bands are at a point where they can hire on a Lighting Tech to tour with them and handle all that shit, most venues will have a digital lighting desk standard that you can load you're lighting show into. Pre-sweet
I think Amos is my new favourite musician.
Tranxhead As a bass player I think he just game up there with Flea and Jaco in terms of favouritism. He does have the best voice though.

I met them when they came around. Everybody had already left the venue and they came back out on stage to start packing up. Some genuinely nice dudes. One of the best concerts I've been too.

I was at that show! It was one of the best i've been to, these guys put on one hell of a performance.
Jay is one of the coolest dudes, hung out with him after a show, super down to earth, all of the guys are just chill.

Best band I've ever seen live. Saw Tesseract at Download, and they were the best band of the day.

Behringer X32 is a really good deal (yeah soundguy here).
The difference between your tone and other band tones live during this tour was there. Axe Fx going straight into the PA se you kill all the phase problems right away and kill all the wedge mix leaking everywhere.

That's weird, I live in Indiana, only a few miles from the Egyptian Room and my crate practice amp used to receive a radio station, it was some hip hop station.
DarkestofTimes my marshall practice amp would pick up the local pop station, but only with a wah pedal in front.

I have that exact same o-zone crash. I bought it in 2008. Jesus, 10 years strong. That thing is a beast, and I just made a stack out of it with my Sabian AAX 8" splash that I've had for about as long, if not longer. Fat as fuck.

So.. with this mixer you use ethernet from a behringer snake on stage i'd assume.
HOW do you do that in venues? Are the set up for that with long ethernet cables running or do you do it yourself? Like on the ground running from a snake to the console.. ?
AMAZING tech, i do prefer Guitar>tuner pedal>tube amp, but yeah... an amazing tech gear.
That monitor/front of house/recording monstrosity that the bass player was describing is absurd. Love the idea of recording every show.

I guess what I mean is that it would be cool imo if they wrote some new songs and then recorded themselves in the studio playing live as a full band like bands used to do in the 70s haha, I know that wont happen because a musician wants to get the best preformance possible when it comes to new material but it would be interesting imo, especially through this setup.

how do they get both laptops and DAWs to syn durring the live show?
They press play on both devices at the exact same time. It takes years of practice to perform this act and can only be done by ultimate prog masters.

bit late, but there is just one laptop, the macbook running cubase. as he said in the beginning, pro tools on the other laptop was only used to record, it receives the 32 channels from the behringer thing and records them to a pro tools session.
lol yeah chop suey probably want the best seattle venue to go to. the crocodile kicks ass but the showbox market would have been better

Behringer is great. Well, the X32 is great of the price. Most of the other Behringer gear is shite, because its cheap. But otherwise its great!
