Wow finally found my same boiler. I am having trouble with my tap water, it is very hot even if I turn the water temp to low, it does not go under 50 when I go to minimum and then suddenly it starts going up when I turn the tap on. Can you please advice what I can do. How can I reset the boiler, would that help?
Finally i found advice for the same boiler as mine. Can anyone please advise best temperature settings for hot water and radiator dials, during winter months? Is it true that legionairs disease is a threat if hot water setting is at 45 degrees ( as that's perfect temp for me). I've read various condradicting articles on this, for various types of boiler.
Super helpful mate. Doing this has got my heating working again whilst in service mode but otherwise I only get hot water. When you call for hearing from the wireless stat the actuator valve opens but the boiler doesn’t respond. No led light on heating. No pump running. Nothing. But when in service mode it’s all working fine and rads warm up. Any idea what’s up with it? Cheers
I know this is the same method for a combi boiler but when put it onto high flame, low flame on a combi The boiler is always overheating, and this is even after I called the heat? What’s the best procedures to do this on a combi boiler?
Its got myheat going again but when i take it off service mode just goes back to no central heating just hot water, any thoughts?is it safe to leave on service mode
Hi Richard, high flame and low flame are solely for testing purposes. High flame will make the boiler operate at maximum output where as low flame will make the boiler work at minimum output
