I am going to look at a used 2013 runaway 4x8 tomorrow, what do you think a reasonable price is for one that old and what other things should I specifically look for ? I don't want to get screwed and I'm an amateur at this !!
Off hand I would say around $2000 maybe? Cj=heck the back corners especially for soft wood - that would be water damage. Also check those corners underneath. I would not want to have to replace the floor. Good luck.
How are the new fiberglass models sealed, Charles? Do they have seams that need caulk, too? Or are they sealed during construction? Thanks for your videos. I need to catch up on your van build since that interests me, too. Take Care!

We own a 6x8 Runaway Range Runner camper. Are we able to have someone install a pop top on it?
I have never heard of anyone doing that, but anything is possible I suppose. Some have a rooftop tent on the roof rack. Good luck!!

Call them, but from what I understand, they are sealed when the panels are glued in together. They still caulk them more for the look I think.

Any Runaway that has moulding around the wall at the floor is hiding water damage. Period
That ain't always true I would want molding if I bought one new. Not to hide but for the home look. Most people have baseboards on their floors. 73
