- LAWLESS is available now on Digital, Blu-ray Disc and DVD.
They were brothers who became outlaws, and outlaws who became heroes... The three Bondurant boys (Shia LaBeouf, Tom Hardy, Jason Clarke), along with their sultry new hire (Jessica Chastain), command the most lucrative bootlegging operation in Franklin County, Virginia. The locals consider them “indestructible.” But the law-in the form of a corrupt special deputy (Guy Pearce)-wants a cut of their action, at any cost. When youngest brother Jack (LaBeouf) gets a taste of power with a deadly gangster (Gary Oldman) the whole business blows sky high. Based on the astonishing true story, the Bondurant brotherhood is the stuff of legend.
Directed by John Hillcoat. Written by Nick Cave. Starring Shia LaBeouf, Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, Jessica Chastain, Mia Wasikowska, Jason Clarke and Gary Oldman.

Tom Hardys looks and facial expressions speak for themselves. Its amazing how he doesnt need to say a word to get his point across
I agree! Tom hardy is a great actor honestly.... he definitely has that deniro type intensity. Not the same type of swag or persona, but definitely that presence and body language. When Tom hardy is acting he steals the show, the only other actor that did better than him in a role in the same movie was decaprio in the revnant but even then it was very close.
@@becool5706 That's WHY I thought he was good as bane. Just his facial expressions PERIOD
He needed to speak when he was alfie. Alfie was too funny. Would of been sad not to hear alfies lines
I liked that although Forrest was a dangerous person, he did not speak badly to tizwell because he knew that his brother made a mistake as well he knews that tizwell is a respected man by society
Nah he knew he was a servant of the most high God and His son Jesus
Amen
I wish they had shown this scene. Its an interesting scene. Even though forrest isn't Jacks father, he is. Its like father talking to father. Regardless of what Jack did, forrest still protects him. This one of my favorite movies. Amazing actors and acting.
Absolutely agree .
It would also explain how he got the boot back from church.
It makes Jack look even more like a coward... He let a man beat him down without fighting back, hid from the deputies with a woman, then stayed hidden from the girls dad.
@Wavy_Potts that's the point. That's what jack was. He had to go through the events in the movie to harden him into a man
"Arent those officers of the law?"
"Yea, some times"
Aint that the truth.
idk why they didn’t add this scene this was actually really good
All great actor's.
Officers of the law wow even the actors said things that people said in that era brilliant screenwriting
They should have kept that in the movie
He should've said "don't threaten me amish guy"
Nah, hes a preacher man, n a respected one. Forrest might've been a criminal but he knows better than that.
He should of answered..."Why? You keeping her all to yourself?"
Should *have...and they're Menonites, not Amish 🤣
As an actual Forrest, it drives me crazy when people spell our name with only one "r".
Forrest is the person.
Forest is the place with the trees.
Forrrest then is a person in a place with trees
people from newfoundland are all inbred racists who collect welfare
@Zmajcek No that's a person running
yes man.. i can feel you Forest... you stand your case brother.. i will always root for you Forest...
Tom Hardy is set to pay tough characters from now on i reckon, but he is good at it! ☕️
Now I see why he spilt the salt...
"C" cabs never started electrically. ALWAYS crank started,so no solenoid run on like you heard.
snowflakes know little of history or mechanics.
Could have been converted
Converted to a 1921 engine?
That was the old car shifting gears leaving in the background lol
Why doesn't he tell his daughter to stay away from him?
Who says he didn't?
If she loves him it wouldn't matter what he tells her
Cause he's afraid of Rakes.
Casue she got to have it u know 😬😬😬
She clearly disobeyed 😂
I can see Tom Hardy acting just like that in real life.
I wonder why they cut that action packed scene??
lol
Yeah it was riveting
Lol
Always wondered if they found that boot in Jacks prison wallet.😂😂
he just looked away from him when he spoke to him. like literally ignoring him right in front of his face. 😂😂😂 like “I know you’re here, and I’m gonna choose to ignore you until you become disrespectful and/or trespass. 😭💀
Anyone who can wear a Cardigan and still be this tough needs giving a very wide berth........
Yeah .......
sometimes
Good Border Riever genetics from the marshes of northumbria.
1904 to 1935 the American chesnut blight, an imported tree fungus that quickly spread in the wind & killed all the giant American chestnut trees in the Appalachian Mountains and eastern United States, largest ecological disaster ever recorded, that combined with a 1929 depression made it economically difficult for the people that lived in rural Eastern USA.
Chesnut is native to china
@@jswhosoever4533 the American chestnut too?
I'm really sure forest was worried about him
Forrest is smart enough to know that the father of the young girl is tough as nails and I guarantee you he understood that the old man would do whatever was necessary to protect his daughter and gave both the girl’s father and his love for his daughter the respect they deserved.
Tom is pretty cool. I adore you ❤
7.
He said f*** off
It takes two huh 🤷
Come on father of the century
Don’t be a shallow dumbass! It doesn’t mean that he hadn’t been doing all he could within reason at home, but it also shows he wasn’t afraid to go speak his piece, man to man to the boy’s guardian, even if he was a dangerous man!
@@johnlafever3162 agree!
Том❤
They were NEVER outlaws.
You're right! They were LEGENDARY, outlaws

Comment made.
My grandad from mountain city, TN went up to Franklin county, VA and whipped the to oldest boys and made the youngest give him a bath. They didn't bring anymore of that rotgut VA hooch over the border.
Whaaaat? lmfao. If that is somehow an authentic story thats fkn crazy.
I'm pretty sure that's illegal but ok
Did your uncle daddy's sister money tell you that?
@@KumaBean lol
So what you’re saying is: your granddad had a thing for having young boys bathe him? That is part of a lot of eccentric Grecian and Roman stories!
Rubish movie . First movie since years i didnt watch till the end
