I think this was the most challenging full body workout since I’m working out with you . The way that the moves were put together made the muscles burn . Loved it 🔥🔥🔥

Alors les 20 premières minutes étaient mais vraiment dures dures 🥵, mes jambes et mes fesses étaient en feu🔥 mais j’ai tenu bon 😅 j’ai utilisé exactement les mêmes poids que toi et la séance était juste superbe 🤩 503 kcal totales et 410 kcal actives 💪💪 je ne te remercierai jamais assez pour tout le travail que tu fais pour nous ❤❤
For your reference the dumbbells I am using are 2 X 5kg & 2 X 7.5 kg. 😊

Ooh that hurt. Used 10kg and 8kg dumbbells, switching to 5kg dumbbells for the lateral lifts as can’t seem to do above 5… yet!
