Excellent to see this Sifu incorporate full-contact sparring, conditioning, and practical self-defense lectures into his lesson plans for both children and adults.
His overall teaching/training regimen seems well-rounded.
I plan to film his Wing Chun classes for adults more extensively next month.

I like Sifu's definition: purpose of martial art is 'evolution of spirit'. In West I hear too much that purpose of MA, even Wing Chun, it is to know how to break bones & beat up people, which is sad. Thank you for the video production & upload.

I would love to train with sifu and live in china too bad i prombley can't because i only have a high school education only restaurant experience for 17 years does shifu. Have a website also i got to learn to speak Cantonese or mandarin i love the culture ive been training wing chun for 11 years in canada under sifu mike whos lineage is connected to sunny tang i would love to learn wing chun under shifu
I loved his response to the Zen question. I know the formal definition of Zen- meditation. However, Zen is something that must be experienced rather than explained, and, since everyone's experience will be somewhat different, Zen cannot truly be encompassed by a definition.

great docu, thanks! regarding the green tea on the empty stomach..i d love to make it a habit, but isnt anyone getting upset stomach ( big acidity) from drinking it on an empty stomach? are they immediately eating afterwards? thanks!
drinking tea in the morning is like drinking coffee, once you get used to it, there won't be any discomfort (in my personal experience)😋

funny, in the ring, kids are not using what they have been taught in wing chun..what s wrong with this picture??
Because this hall not only teaches Wing Chun, but also offers courses in kick-boxing. his idea to teach these kids is some basic combat skills to strengthen their bodies first, and then gradually introduce them to the knowledge of Wing Chun. There are commonalities among all martial arts in the world.but like I said in my video, the point is the courage to fight. thx for comment！
He will lose to Xu Xiao Dong Wing Chun kung Fu is not made to fight it's made to defend in the street. People still don't understand the difference. Wing Chun krav maga Aiki Jujitsu Aikido Goju, Shorin Ryu ect
Are not for competition and sports there made to defend yourself in the street
