USB cable is included in the box.There is another port, like shown in the video, which is for connecting the phone, and continiusly charging the telephone. However a cable for this purpose does not follow in the box.

Zhiyun SMOOTH 4's mad dog mode is also not good shooting, the picture will still have decorative traces, no special use, can only be used occasionally by some special interests.
I have a strange problem and wonder if I need to reinstall my firmware. The unit was working properly last week and now when I try to get it set up, after about 30 seconds of what looks like normal operation, the gimbals let loose, as if I'd turned off power. The bottom light of the battery indicator turns red. I've tried recharging and don't know what i can do besides a firmware install. Any suggestions?
I bought the Zhiyun smooth 4 to use it with the S9, everything seems ok ok including the phone's power from the mobile arm. The only problem that comes with a Panorama 180 °, the picture is done but has low resolution and is not recognized by other app like fb as a panorama. The phone is at maximum resolution and in app at full resolution. Does anyone know which is the problem? Thank you in advance for advice.

I have an issue : after save the video from ZY galery, I checked the video has moved to my galery. the problem is I can't send the video via whatsap, nor edit the video using my video editor in my Iphone. anyone has the same problem?
no 60 fps as 1080 at all android devices samsung not work sony not work huawei not work.. zhiyun tolds me at email there has no permission only 30 fps in all modes

Last two options are my favorite. Do you know all these options will work with Samsung S7?
The android app also has all the functions so it should work fine. But Im hearing a lot of ppl say that the android app is full of bugs.
