Developed and published by EA, Agent Under Fire was released for Xbox in March, 2002. Agent Under Fire may not be an incredible first-person shooter but it's still a fun albeit short experience. 007 fans owe it to themselves to check it out.

This along with Nightfire, Everything or Nothing, and From Russia With Love are some of my favorite Bond Games.
i feel like nightfire gets all the love but i really liked this one for an early ps2 shooter.
I personally think that Agent Under Fire was a decently good golden-esque shooter that served as good template for the more polished Night Fire.
fact : the game (agent under fire) was running in id Software's Quake 3 Engine so there is no-hips and dips in Xbox version and also PS2 also
I love how Gaming Pastime gives proper attention to games of yesteryear, before these classics are lost to the sands of time... like tears in rain.
Since i first knew about Gaming Pastime it has become the best review channel out there for me and an easy recommendation for me to give to anyone. Not just because of the quality of the reviews themselves but because of the games covered. No one out here on TH-cam does it the way this guys do.
Me and my friends used to do zero gravity with grappling hooks and mines and it's hands down the funnest multiplayer ever I liked Nightfire but Nightfire had Odd Job and the RC vehicles which was fun but it still doesn't beat zero gravity with grappling hooks and mines. Unless you play that with real people you'll never know how fun this game really is.
I played the hell out of this and nightfire. I like when he's like "hmm fireworks"
The Spider-Man grappling hook in the multiplayer is amazing and really makes the game
Agent Under Fire's multiplayer was a large part of my childhood, besides Nightfire and the occasional Metroid Prime 2: Echoes multiplayer. AuF had a great multiplayer, was a nice bit of nostalgia to watch this! Good review.

Agent Under Fire multiplayer was SO FUCKING GOOD. Jet packs and grappling hooks made for a truly bonkers day experience
Definitely on point with Agent Under Fire. It's a fun enough shooter that delivers on the James Bond action, but Nightfire, Everything or Nothing, and even From Russia With Love built upon the ideas used in this game to create more entertaining experiences.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts on Everything or Nothing, my personal favorite Bond game.
Russia with love is certainly something else entirely
I tenet playing a demo of from Russia with Love included in one of my PS2 games, it was very entertaining but I never got it in full.

The multiplayer was the best part about this game. I used to play it all the time as a kid.
Anyone notice there's a G11 in this game? And casings fall out of it when shooting when the weapon's supposed to shoot caseless ammunition. They didn't even bother giving it a reload animation as well. XD

You should look at the Mechwarrior/Mechassault/Battletech games you would get alot from those.
Agent Under Fire was the first Gamecube game and I loved it, I can't point out why I loved it so much, but I did. (Its my personal favorite 007 game. I still play it all time time.)
You should play it on dolphin in 3 internal resolution and with modern gamepad + tweaked control scheme in emulator options. It's pretty great.

I remember playing this game on the og Xbox. This is so nostalgic.
Also the multiplayer was really fun. Especially when you used split screen.
I play this game on the NGC when i was a kid, the Multiplayer was a blast, remember 4 of us playing for hours this game!
I always liked this game but yea Nightfire was deff better IMO - much better gunplay for sure.
I used to play the VIP and Harbour multiplayer maps with my cousin a lot.
Loved this game when I was younger. It's still graphically impressive for a 2001 game, and like you and many people said, it might not be great, but it's far from bad.

You mentioned the tracers in this game...yeah, I always felt like they looked like those Nerf darts with the suction cup on the end.
There is an incredible mod for Agent Under Fire that is only for Gamecube for Dolphin, its called 007: Agent Under Fire Reloaded. It tinkers the gameplay for the best and adds in extensive multiplayer options, better AI, and other stuff. Give it a look, I think you might love it!! Again, only for gamecube!

That classic snippet that repeats every time you do some scripted action felt like Austin Powers.
Since your a fan of car combat games and James Bond you should look up 007 Racing on the PS1, it isn't racing but it was a lot of fun!, At least what I can remember of it!

i used to own 007 nightfire i keep forgetting what it was like though.
On the topic of Nightfire, I never understood why people liked it so much until I found out that the PC version was basically a different game.

I wish that Xbox 360 remake of Goldeneye would have been finished...or it would get the remaster treatment that Turok 1 and 2 got. I love the game but going back to that control scheme is...hard to do
Get yourself the Goldeneye source mod, I don't remember if it's free but I'm sure it's great.

Blood stone is my fav Bond game,because it reminded me of Bourne Conspiracy game ( it's one of the best action packed game I've ever played)and also like Convictions a bit...
Honestly the most annoying thing about the game is the flashing white when you get it. It really hurts my eyes at times.

I know that multiplayer PVP games aren't your shtick, but take a look at a mod for classic Doom called Quake Champions: DOOM Edition, it has monster packs for single player. Find the official Discord in DBThanatos's channel if you're interested in multiplayer and want to play with others, Fridays have a co-op event and turns to team PVP and then duels.

We're holding off on 64 games until we can acquire a system with UltraHDMI installed or modify one ourselves. But, yes, we want to review the original. A review of the remake is coming.

Goldeneye is a really important game in the evolution of console fps games and was an awesome game back in 1997 but it's aged horribly and the Bond games on the PS2 are much better games. They look and play smoother, have more variety and the weapons and gadgets feel more fun to use. Plus you don't have to use the N64 controller which is a plus for any game.
