Great lists! Seems like an honest assessment.
For the heat, I suggest getting a sun shade for the roof. If you don't want to lose the view the you could try EVglass from EVinsulate. It will make the roof double paned which should prevent a lot of the heat from getting into the car.
The roof does block most of the heat rays from the sun but because of this it gets hot and that heat re-radiates into the car. Adding an 2nd pane should make a big difference. Compare the temperature of the roof with the temperature of the windshield in the sun. The roof is much hotter but you can feel the rays of the sun more through the windshield.
Blocking some of the heat coming in through the roof should help your range because your AC won't need to work as hard. My windshield and windows are tinted but the main culprit heat-wise is is the roof. I live in the high desert in New Mexico so the sun is brutal here. I'm at 6,000 feet and every 1,000 feet increases UV exposure by 5 to 10% because there is less atmosphere for the sunlight to pass through.
_Do not use the range near the battery icon!_ Always keep it on percent. Instead, use the Energy Consumption screen. The range near the battery icon is the EPA range times the battery state of charge. On the Energy Consumption screen they estimate your range based on your actual Wh/mile consumption.
I just went out and checked. The range by the battery icon is 188 miles while the range on the Energy Consumption screen is 203. Yes, it's wild that my range is better than EPA but that's because I had been driving around slowly on back streets in my sleepy little town so I was getting 222 Wh/mile. I normally average around 275 Wh/mile which would bring the estimated range down to 164 miles, well below EPA.

In March I got a M3 RWD (60kWh LFP), and overall absolutely loving it. Your points ring true for me too - although mine does experience some spirited driving occasionally (NZ windy roads) ;-)
I think overall comfort is pretty good (smoother suspension than model Y too). Road holding + handling is really good and is better than I was expecting! Haven't had issues with my frunk leaking fortunately.
Other negatives for me... Have had a 3 full on phantom brakes which I don't like. The front of the car is a bug trap when driving in the countryside and need to regularly clean so they don't bake on.

@@TonyDo hey Tony it is about the type of tint the windows have. The roof comes partly tinted but I don't believe that type of tint is ceramic. You need ceramic tint on your windows to actually reject the UV. If you have regular tint that is just for looks. It will not block UV as much as ceramic. Of course ceramic is more expensive but definitely worth it if you live in hotter climates. Just make sure you go to a good tint shop and ask for ceramic on everything. Hello! I noticed the Washington license plate and I’m currently stationed in Washington and looking to trade in my current vehicle toward a Tesla. I have a few thousand of negative equity that I’m looking to roll into it but I was just wondering if there is anything I should know when I go to trade in my vehicle since you traded in yours recently. Is it correct that the gas paid on my current 2021 Ram Limited will “ carry over” to the sales tax for the Tesla if I were to trade it in say at Carmax? Also I just paid $886 to get my tabs renewed, will I be getting a refund if the Tesla is a little bit cheaper than my truck was, and does that effect the cost of the tab renewal? From my understanding it does. Sorry for so many questions!

I feel sorry for electric car drivers and future owners. They will simply have to learn the hard way .. as I did. These things are a huge hassle, all those lost hours sitting in those charging stations, huge anxiety, plus a outrageous expense in the long run. Good luck trying to sell a used Electric car with wore out battery modules. You'll find out nobody wants to pay the ridiculous price of batteries ... Batteries are very ... very expensive to replace ( thousands and thousands of dollars) ... and make no mistake, you will be replacing them. These batteries are highly toxic to our environment, with a high potential for disaster to our surroundings. DON'T FOOL YOURSELF and CERTAINLY, DON'T LISTEN TO A SALESMAN , ... LITHIUM BATTERIES ARE NOT GREEN CLEAN ENERGY BY ANY MEANS! ...
I wish I knew all this before I bought my car . Do your homework before buying !

I hear you! I drive a lot for work and luckily only use a supercharger 1x/week for 20-25 minutes. I usually do my work during that time so it's not time that's wasted. I haven't taken this thing on a road trip yet, where I'd imagine I'd run into a few things you mentioned.
Long term it's hard to say with Teslas specifically as they're relatively new. Those I've talked to that have >100k miles on them have had minimal issues.
As for selling this car, long term I don't know where it would be but right now I could probably sell this for 5-10k more than I purchased it despite it being used.
