wow so inspiring den athlean-x...i puh on weight nd i could do 34 kgs incline dumbell press...i could do pushups pullups eveeythin dips....buh as soon as i left gym for nearlly 6 months...i remained with same weight dat was 86 wn i left....buh i lost body muscle nd got too much fat...now il hv to start ova again...cutting fat first by intaking less calories nd goin gym...nd once i could do all the exercises...il start again my calorie intake....

Do free body workout only use dumbbell for arms - bicep triceps and shoulder. All other things are free body training
