Amazing video, this covers just how to do it with the least pain possible.
One question though, will this work on a A4 without the factory lowering springs? Will it clear far enough when the springs are 25mm longer?

What I would recommend is, when you have to compress the spring, try and compress it slightly more to take up that extra 25mm then it should allow enough clearance

Thanks 👍 they lower the car around 20-30mm and from memory I'm sure there is 12/15mm spacers in this. Hope this helps

Recently used your video to do a install on my 2023 a5. Does this affect adaptive cruise control when getting a fresh alignment ??
No I don't believe it should effect your cruise control. Maybe run a diagnostic report to see what faults come up

Hi Adam, I don't cut bump stops on any lowering springs install. Either reuse the originals or sometimes H&R supply revised bump stops if required.

Do you have torque spec for the different bolts? Bought a set of springs for my car and I’m looking to do it soon, but don’t want anything to come loose
I don't I'm afraid sorry. All the bolts are very hefty bolts so you will be fine tightening them up as tight as you can.
I'm debating whether I should get the 034 springs or H&R Springs. Which one would you recommend?
I use H&R on near every vehicle which comes in for lowering springs. 034 will probably give you the same stance but not sure on the ride quality

Hi believe they are 19s and lowered around 25mm
how many mm was the car lowered? 20, 35 or 45? ive picked up 20mm ones for my a4 b9
It's around 20-25mm over factory
What kind of spring compressors are you using?
They are just normal spring compressor mate, can be bought from most motor factors or ebay, amazon
Wht brand splitter do you have on the front bumper?
Hi. Not 100% sure but think this was Maxton splitter

Process will be very similar for the a SQ5 👍

12 and 15mm used 👍

Used 15 and 12mm for this setup

From memory they was the sports H&R set
What kind of ramp is that?
Ramps called a Scissor lift
