Follow along with the video above. Your workout looks like this:

✔️ Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔️Perform Each Exercise x1 (No Repeats)

This is such a great core workout! I love that they're all standing exercises. I really felt all of the different core muscles working.
