I am really enjoying your 10 or 15 minute standing or low impact cardio wkouts. They are perfect for those like me who dislikes hiit or cardio but feel that I still need to get a bit in atleast on my days off from weights. This left me with enough energy still for abs and the moves were not too dynamic for risk of injury. Please make more of these your ones always seem to hit the spot. I feel like as my babies get bigger, I get more and more back and neck pain… I can barely do two push-ups and I really don’t know where to start to change that…Lower body workouts are going great! It’s just upper body that I’m not sure what to do with. Thanks!!
The row move was a fun surprise. :-) This was a perfect quick burst...normally I do a short walk outside in the morning but it's raining today...I did this instead and I feel energized.
Anyone know if this is safe 2 weeks post partum after a not serious 3rd degree tear? I feel okay but know sometimes I overdue things and im not sure if I'm being dumb.
