    Hi,
First, thank you so much for your knowledge it’s very helpful. I’m in Perth Australia.
My first question is: would you recommend to recommend to have sub-banks account and separate income? e.g: expenses, payroll and Tax man? (cashflow management)
Second: would recommend to run both commercial and residential if I can manage both or separate them? 39:15

That's came in my mind like 30mns ago. How do I put my employee under payroll and how do I able to give them a w2 at the end of the year?

The payroll services we mention in the video have onboarding to help you with set up. They also provide W2s for your employees as well.

I started my commercial cleaning biz a year ago. It has gone VERY well. I would definitely advise you to use a payroll service as soon as you start to hire employees. They will guide you and/or do these things for you. You don’t want to find out from the IRS/federal government that you broke laws by not filing the right information.

I just started my llc in California. What’s the best way to get commercial contracts? I have my google and yelp set up.

Awesome video, thanks! I really love you guys haha. If you're ever in Houston, let me buy you a beer haha.
I have a question regarding estimates. I want to have a gross margin of 50% or at least 33% (or gross profit of 100% and 50%)
Would you say that's not very realistic in the commercial side? What do you guys usually shoot for? I've been told many times my estimates are too much, and I've just been thinking that if I'm not at a certain percentage, the pay just may not be worth the potential headache.
    Any help?

Hi, Javier! We will definitely take you up on that offer! In a recent video, Matt mentioned a 25%- 45% margin is what we aim for. The margin will depend on whether you or your staff are cleaning, plus if it is a larger account with multiple locations your margin may be lower, but the size makes up for it. Hope that makes sense. As always, thanks for supporting the channel!

@@OctoCleanMedia I'll be looking forward to it!
Ok 25 - 45% margin is great! I will check on that video. I hope to be able to win another bid soon. Haven't won a commercial bid in months, so I will be binging your content again to see where I may need to make improvements.
As always thanks so much for your help!!

Would you rather fight 1 horse sized duck or 100 duck sized horses
