When I worked at the hospital, we used large Velcro pads. I loved it so much, I bought similar for my home. Quickly go from ceiling & walls, change pads and then floors. I found a pad and bucket system that squeegees the water off too, so I can adjust the water level in the pad to control streaking. Plus, you can scrub more stubborn dirt with it, where I always found mop heads lacking in that department. One mop , a few pads, very efficient, imo. It captures hair, dirt. Easy to wash after. Honestly, I don’t know why cleaning companies even use mop heads now.

When using your formula, "hours per day" - is that man hours needed for the job? For example, if a job is going to take 32 man hours and I assign 4 cleaners to make for an 8 hour day, am I really multiplying 32*4?

But after doing my “research” lol. I know starting anything you need an LlC. I definitely do not want to make any mistakes or have problems with the law.

Payment terms: ALL our clients pay us a month ahead. This is in our contract and it is great for positive cash flow. To get this to work, you have to be confident in your offering.

I have a customer that does not want us to clean the desk in the offices, but it seems only the client knows this is a task we don't perform per his request. I feel like we're setup for failure because they think we're intentionally missing their desk. And, there's other areas in the facility which I would like to service but he wants his employees to do it but their not. How do I approach this conversation?
