Honestly I’d imagine that Regigigas is just having a really bad nightmare. Lore-wise, Regigigas sleeps a lot, and maybe a Darkrai just happened to be in the area?

I love how everything that the pokedex describes as "impossible to happen" with them, is what happened to them. Registeel is rusty and malfunctioning, Regice is melted, Regirock is deformed, its rocks pulled apart. It's equally uncanny as it is fascinating.
I wonder what would regidrago and regieleki decay forms would look like? Maybe eliki would be a broken wire design while drago has one of it's arms hanging off.
Eleki would probably have no electricity left, just a hollow shell, and Drago, being made of “psychical dragon energy” would probably be cracked with the power and energy leaking out
The dim and desperate flashing of their eyes is what gets to me. The fact that they're still clinging on to a false hope from seeing their father. Genuinely chilling stuff.
I see it more like a zombie or rabid animal doing what it used to when it was alive and well, but in a corrupt fashion. It's a pale mockery of what used to be, not yet fully stopped, but no longer sustainable.
Regigigas awoke from his slumber. His body felt off. His moss had dried to a blackened state. Still. He felt refreshed. However long he slept allowed his body to regain energy. As he stepped out of his temple he felt a cold chill wrap his body. Something was wrong. The natural order was off. As a legendary he could sense such changes. He wandered the land. The landscape was ruined. Changes beyond belief. Pokemon not of their original types and lost souls roamed it. The lost souls cried out to Regigigas for help. But he could offer none. Regigigas size and strength allowed him to deter any attackers. Yet it was not the physical pain that was bothering him. His mind was wrapped in confusion. What had befallen the world in his slumber? As Regigigas approached Mt Coronet he heard a familiar noise. A faint beeping. He knew it all too well. His creations. With speed greater then his size would suggest he made his way to them. Only upon seeing them did he stop motionless. His creations. They....they weren't right. Registeel stood at the front. Half of its body was brown and crumblung into duat. It's remaining arm barely held to what metal remained fresh. Behind it was Regirock. Or rather what was left. Regirock was misshapen. Its rocks had been broken and lost. It desperately tried to use new ones to remedy its broken body. At the farthest back was Regice. It's one pristine form was now melted and exposed. Bits of it dripped to the floor evaporating into steam. Yet it hung on trying to cool its heating body. If Regigigas could cry be would he weeping at the sight of his children reduced to such a state. He called out to them. The 3 could barely make noises but it was enough for them to talk to Regigigas. They apologized for failing him. Regigigas didn't consider them failures. They did their best and that's all he could ask. He walked up embracing the three. They held close to their creator. Regigigas beeped before his arms tightened. The 3 Regis accepted what was to happen. With the mighty power of Crush Grip Regigigas finally freed his children from their eternal pain. As he watched their remains clatter to the floor he looked back out into the world. Whatever had done this. Had made an enemy of him and that would be their greatest mistake.

To people wondering. Regimelt: Its temperature is no longer stable and it can no longer remain as cold as it used to be, no matter how hard it tries to rebuild itself it's in a constant state of melting and all of its attempts at freezing itself back to normal just *won't* work. Regirust: Much like it implies, Registeel has fallen victim to oxidization and is slowly but surely breaking down and rusting, unable to rebuild itself as the rust only spreads and all of its injuries worsen leading to more parts of them to breaking off or just becoming dust and flying away in the wind. Regirode: Regirock's body has started falling apart and eroding away, and despite its greatest efforts any attempts at rebuilding itself with new rocks fails as those rocks just fall back off, meaning that they too will end up just breaking down and no longer existing after certain amount of time. EDIT: All three of them have a secondary ghost typing. So Regimelt is Ice/Ghost, Regirode is Rock/Ghost, Regirust is Steel/Ghost.
The most haunting thing is their animations. They were made to never crumble or melt or rust. And even as their bodies fail them, death doesn’t take hold. They collapse, they falter, yet still they carry on, because death will never open its doors for them. No matter how much they suffer.
This is even sadder when you realise that they seem to be trying to keep themselves from falling apart. Registeel is still holding onto that arm. Regice can barely stand and regirock seems to be trying to rebuild himself but is failing to do so. They must be in sort of consent pain from just this alone
The pain regigigas must feel to be pitted against their own children that couldn't adapt to modern day evolution and are on the brink of death must be so sad
Fun fact: Registeel can’t turn into rust, Regice can’t melt and regirock can’t erode So, whatever regigigas is witnessing…isn’t something Arceus nor Mewtwo can do…he’s witnessing…something much more…sinister…
regigigas has so much potential to be a cool pokemon but they just give him slow start every gen only 😭 concidering the current meta i dont think it would be too terrible to let him have a secret ability
The scary part is the fact that, considering the lore of pokemon and what the pokedex says, something that can harm or worse, kill legendary or mythical pokemon is terrifying enough, but remember, regice's ice is so cold it can't be melted by anything on the planet, so that begs to question: What alien pokemon came to this time-line, and how was it so powerful not only did it take out the reggie trio, but it MANAGED TO MELT REGICE

Beeping and scratching noises came from another. The sound of dripping water and steam rising approaches from another direction. Regigigas has no fear. He knows what approaches him. But when he sees the state they’re in… great Arceus… There, his creations. Regirock, Registeel, Regice. But they were… wrong. Regirock was falling apart, futilely attempting to reattach the rocks to his already-failing body, wasting what little energy he had left. Registeel was rusty, decaying and malfunctioning. He recognized his master, but he was trapped in his own mind-he could do nothing. Regice was even worse. Half his eyes had melted off. He could barely even stand, much less float. Bits of him dropped down, evaporating into steam. If Regigigas could cry, he’d be weeping at the sight of his children in such a state. What had happened? He calls out to his creations again. *”G-GA G-GA HM HM, GAGAGAGAGAGA”* They responded with broken noises and desperate flashes, but they were unable to think for themselves. They apologized to Regigigas for failing him. Regigigas wished he could save them. But there was nothing he could do. He prepared to fight his children. Regirock advanced first. He was already falling apart, and Regigigas easily grabbed him and threw him, causing large chunks to fly off. Next, Registeel. His arm was falling off, but his other was still well enough to use Gyro Ball. A quick Hyper Beam from Regigigas rendered it useless. Regice ice-beamed his master with everything. Regigigas easily blocked this with his fist. He grabbed Regice, then threw him into the ground, leaving a large crater where Regice lay. His remaining eyes stopped glowing, as he turned to steam and evaporated. The first Regi down. He turned around to Regirock. Regirock caught him by surprise, punching him in the gut. Regigigas easily body-slammed the falling-apart Regirock, leaving nothing but a pile of stones at his feet. Next, he approaches Registeel. Registeel Gyro Balled him, but it did little damage. Slow Start had worn off, and Regigigas ran to Registeel, grabbing him and striking him with Giga Impact until all that was left was a rusted arm and a dome-shape with red dots on the front. It was done. He sat down on a boulder, he was physically fine but mentally exhausted. Was he the last Titan left? Where were Groudon and Kyogre? Had they waited out the apocalypse in their tombs as well? He stood up, enraged at himself, and the cause of all this. The culprit of this armageddon had made an enemy in Regigigas. *And that was its first mistake.*

Fits the feeling of the fight pretty well, I like how you integrated the sounds matching with the corresponding Regis, like registeel with the metalic/digital type beat and then the tones for regice then the clinking/ tapping of regirock.
Rather than feeling afraid or horrified, I felt relief knowing that those poor 3 guys managed to go with Regigigas, now Regigigas will for sure repair them. After all he had created many regi trios across different regions.
Regigigas walks through this timeline dominated by ghost pokemon and other twisted creatures that were once the types that normally roamed the route. What twisted creation caused all of this? What could be so... corrupt, that all that remains is death? Surely the Regi Trio of this timeline would at least stand a chance. But then, he saw them. His children, now warped shells of their past selves, stood before him. But if they became victim to what they weren’t supposed to, what cruel fate had befallen the Regigigas of this timeline? It wasn’t the time for questions, however, for it was clear the living corpses for the Regi Trio weren’t going to let him leave without a fight. So he fights.

Well, the entire fochun-ebin region is made out of a dream from a 4chan user (vyglass/camerupt aka the lead clover dev), so its plausible that vyglass hates the regi trio, thats why he dreamed of them as if they were dead.
I feel like in the future paradox, this would be the fate of the Regis, in a world where all biological pokemon are made into machines most likely to survive what ever ecological disaster forced them to convert from flesh to metal these ones were forgotten left as a reminder of what happened to the world
Imagine: you are sent out to see your children, only to see all of them on the brink of death - with possibly no chance of saving any of them. This is what Regigigas is going through.
I do like how a new ambient background music element is added with each Regi. The low synth kind of sound for Regirust, the high synth melody for Regimelt, and the string plucks and clicking sounds for Regirode. It makes them all seem like a significant part of the song as it progresses, before each of them fade out and their element with them.
I imagine a theoretical pair of names for the Galar Regis being Regibuffer & Registroy. Theoretically, Regibuffer would be slow as fuck but have Levitate because it's buffering midair, & Registroy could be a disfigured Charizard, or maybe a Gigantamax one, with little remaining of the main body. Anyway, Regibuffer would add scattered beeping, & Registroy would add low pitched roars
I love this because despite the haunting music you’re not scared of the regi trio, you *pity* them. And I think the mystery surrounding how this happened makes it so much better. Registeel is caught in an endless cycle of attempting to reboot itself, and you don’t know how long it’s been trying and failing at this. While nothing seems to have physically damaged regirock, he is for some reason unable to force himself back together, suggesting that something internal is wrong with it. And regice is the worst of all for me, as not only is undergoing an inexplicable process of melting that has hollowed its body, it then attempts to performs an intimidating pose and then crumbles due to the strain on its body.
Ability replaced: Slow Start is now Building Rage Regigigas is no longer slow to get going! 3 turns later Regigigas releases his rage, increasing all stats!
I haven't really been interested in Pokemon for years (probably thanks to SMT), but *goddamn* the dead Regi trio is so badass! And I think you captured the idea here marvelously. Something about a character being battered, crippled, and on the brink of death, yet still marching on to keep fighting is just so appealing to me, and this theme fits them perfectly

In my head canon and based on how the sprites are animated. It feels as if, even if they wanted to, the RegiRuins are unable to die. That they've been pushed to the cusp of death but cannot feel its full embrace. But they cannot fully restore themselves either, only enough that they can feel their bodies crumble to their last all over again. This would break any parents heart...
The music is the sound of the regis crying out for help,0:19 is the sound of registeel malfunctioning as it tries to put it’s destroyed body together,0:44 is regice’s miserable cry for help as life slowly fades from its remains,1:02 is regirock searching for its body parts along with the tapping noises as it searches for rocks as it slowly dies.Regigas is suffering miserably as it’s children die,aswell as regigas itself. As the cries of the regis fade,so do their lifespan.
I feel like this idea is somehow scarier than anything gory I've seen. The idea of impossibilities becoming reality is always a terrifying concept to me, and this set of Pokémon is one example of that, which chills me to the bones.
I feel like the galar region would find regieliki and have it become the regions slave , constantly used for power 24/7 , almost at the brink of losing all of it's energy and about to blow up Meanwhile I can imagine regidrako alone in a shed , perfectly fine , just forgotten , alone , with no comfort

You can see the fear in Regigigas's movements. The slow back and forth teetering as he watches his fallen comrade's shift about on doomed stilts, their corpses rendered puppets for whatever vile creature might be controlling them.
I like how this theme reflects the trio, the electronic sounding beat that plays in the “background” with the wobbly sounding tones sounding almost melty, mixed finally with the thumping sounds, reflecting regirock.
The infinite, mechanical, unending torment of Registeel, stuck in an eternal loop. The hollow cries of Regice, melting, boiling, only to reform anew, and do it again, in similar agony. The clacking of a desperate Regirock, trying to piece itself together from sand and grit. Their song is mortality. *You are the audience.*
man this is pretty depressing, cause despite their original golem like appearances, i always thought they weren't just cool looking, but they were pretty cute too, just a bunch of blocks and shapes with dots. they surprisingly looked pretty harmless now they look creepy and in absolute pain, waiting to be put out of their misery
I really like how the music adds a new instrument per added legendary, and it sounds like something they would make. But also wow, Regigigas KNEW that the regi trio were impossible to rust, melt, and erode respectively. It crafted Registeel out of the finest stretchy metal to obliterate the opportunity for it to rust over time, formed Regice with the coldest ice in the world to the point that Regice physically could not be melted, and Regirock was designed to be able to always put itself back together with surrounding rocks to prevent itself from eroding. Regigigas sees, in this alternate timeline, the work of a powerful force of nature or even a creature beyond the strength of legendary Pokemon. It did the impossible, rusting Registeel, melting Regice, and eroding Regirock. Registeel is just a shell of its former self, its hanging and exposed wires being the only thing keeping it semi-together. Regice's entire upper half was lobbed off by melting, and it can flicker the few lights it has left as a call for help. Regirock can't fuse itself together with no rocks, cursed to eventually erode over time, and be just a pile of dust.
I like the detail that regigigas is half health Could mean that he too may fall to whatever has caused the trio to quite literally fall apart like this

It's such a fitting theme, since the regis represent different periods of time in mankind's history (Ice age, Stone Age, Iron Age, Medieval Era, and Modern Era). Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
that is so eerie... just imagine being a 10 year old pokemon trainer going inside of a cave expecting a zubat or a jigglypuff but instead you find these guys.. oh my god i think i wouldve fainted if i saw those in a cave, just like "NOPE NOPE CMON LVL 5 PIKACHU LETS GET OUTTA HERE"
Honestly this kinda makes more sense. The original was more like "Regi theme with chorus go brrrr," albeit it DID sound pretty good but it didn't fit them like this one does. Like, these are titans on the brink of death from what can be presumed to be some sort of ungodly force. If anything, something slow and dreadful like this makes more sense.
I like that these broken Regis have their own motif in the track. Registeel has the repetitive, robotic bass. It's not as foreboding as it once was, simply being a constant yet fading presence, stuck in its own rust. Any movement is jagged and is too much. Regice has the louder, yet faltering and droning melody. It's trying so desperately to keep itself from melting away, using whatever fleeting ice moves it has left to keep itself frozen. Regirock is the quiet, pebbly percussion. Perhaps the sound that it makes as pieces of itself crumble away behind it. Whatever is keeping it together is but a whisper of what it was. They are all suffering. And it's not just the trio. Only Regigigas, as labored from inactivity as it is, can help them now.
I feel like this goes one of two ways, Regigigias saves them and all continues as normal, or Regigigias is unable to save them and goes on a destruction spree, beeping as he does saying "I couldn't save them" over, and over again, as he leaves nothing alive in his anger
Regirust... Regimelt... Regirode... Regimolten... And Regithered... The five regis had fallen to an unknown force... Regigigas has already found three of his childs, and doesn't know how badly injured are the other two... Registeel rusted to the point that he can't fix itself... Regice melted and it's temperature turned unstable... Regirock is eroding and breaking faster than it repairs... Regieleki has been taken over by it's own energy and now is as useless as a molten wire... Lastly regidrako... He... Is just a shadow of what he was before... It's power withered away with it's body leaving behind a shell of overflowing ancient energy... Regigigas looks at his creations... He knows that this couldn't have been made by any pokemon... Who could have made his poor children decay like this? He can fix them, but first... He needs to destroy what is left...
Somthing that I find sad but interesting to think about is that this is a distant future where all the material the regi’s uses to rebuild them selves have been all used up or reduced to dust and regigigas is trying its best to keep its children alive
I don't think regigigas can act surprised/sad about this (since yk it needs to get the hell out of there, there's probably another entity strong enough to make the impossible possible)
This made me think of a Ghost type Regi. Regirot: Regirot is composed of the discarded bones of pokemon that have passed, it is always searching for new parts, as many crack in mere days or hours, however, no matter the damage Regirot sustains, it will always rebuild itself.

I will be the only one who imagines that Regigigas was trapped in the dark caves and found the Titans very withered and fighting but Regigigas almost lost and was freed from the nightmares of Darkrai
At 20:00 hours at night it was found by a local trainer found trio of destroyed regis , we don't know who did it but we have evidence that it is not a pokemon but a trainer nearby we also saw machines around the place such as basucas and machine guns so let's suppose it was a trainer, unfortunately we didn't find any more evidence of the case but we think that whoever the trainer is this was devastating... Now with the weather for tomorrow...
I know these guys are pokemon but they are all machines and if there is something that i find scary is machines struggling to survive...for some reason i just find it unsettling knowing they where perfectly fine before and then they ended up like this registeel oxidized, lost most of its limbs and has a half an arm hanging by some wires, regirock is in pieces and cant keep itself whole and regice melted wich is something that isn't supposed to happen i think Also the songs great
There's something about dark pokemon (not the type) that's so... enthralling. I can't quite put my finger on it. It's interesting, the idea of Regigigas surviving and having to put down his own bretheren, like a protagonist of a story.

Imagine theres a quest about freeing the Regis.... Its a ridiculously hard fight since you face all three at once but if you manage to defeat them slow start gets removed from regigigas
This sounds and looks like a theme from an actually decent Pokémon zombie game. As you enter the dark cave, you attempt to look through the eternal black before your eyes, the light behind you begging for you to turn back, but you keep venturing further and further inside, Regigigas inside your Heavy Ball let’s put a soft cry, one strangely of fear, not of the dark… but if something within. As your flashlight illuminates the path in front, you can hear the sounds of faint movement within, your heart beats with excitement as what your here for is so close! The regi trio should help your group fend off the zombies and survive for just a little while longer! But as you get closer and closer to the sound, your face of joy and hope begins to fall into dispair and fear as one thing escapes your lips, “N-No…”
They are really trying so hard, it looks like they die and come back to their suffering again and again. This feels so sad to watch. I had no idea the lore behind these 4, but the comments gave me some insight and holy shit this is even sadder.

Knowing your way of making creepy music, I feel like you could make very creepy music for some other Pokemon Clover Fakemon, The game has a twisted version of the Chansy line and a fetus fakemon so...yeah

I love how everything that the pokedex describes as "impossible to happen" with them, is what happened to them. Registeel is rusty and malfunctioning, Regice is melted, Regirock is deformed, its rocks pulled apart.
It's equally uncanny as it is fascinating.
I wonder what would regidrago and regieleki decay forms would look like? Maybe eliki would be a broken wire design while drago has one of it's arms hanging off.

The dim and desperate flashing of their eyes is what gets to me. The fact that they're still clinging on to a false hope from seeing their father. Genuinely chilling stuff.

I see it more like a zombie or rabid animal doing what it used to when it was alive and well, but in a corrupt fashion. It's a pale mockery of what used to be, not yet fully stopped, but no longer sustainable.

Regigigas awoke from his slumber. His body felt off. His moss had dried to a blackened state. Still. He felt refreshed. However long he slept allowed his body to regain energy. As he stepped out of his temple he felt a cold chill wrap his body.
Something was wrong. The natural order was off. As a legendary he could sense such changes. He wandered the land. The landscape was ruined. Changes beyond belief. Pokemon not of their original types and lost souls roamed it. The lost souls cried out to Regigigas for help. But he could offer none.
Regigigas size and strength allowed him to deter any attackers. Yet it was not the physical pain that was bothering him. His mind was wrapped in confusion. What had befallen the world in his slumber?
As Regigigas approached Mt Coronet he heard a familiar noise. A faint beeping. He knew it all too well. His creations. With speed greater then his size would suggest he made his way to them.
Only upon seeing them did he stop motionless. His creations. They....they weren't right. Registeel stood at the front. Half of its body was brown and crumblung into duat. It's remaining arm barely held to what metal remained fresh.
Behind it was Regirock. Or rather what was left. Regirock was misshapen. Its rocks had been broken and lost. It desperately tried to use new ones to remedy its broken body.
At the farthest back was Regice. It's one pristine form was now melted and exposed. Bits of it dripped to the floor evaporating into steam. Yet it hung on trying to cool its heating body.
If Regigigas could cry be would he weeping at the sight of his children reduced to such a state. He called out to them. The 3 could barely make noises but it was enough for them to talk to Regigigas. They apologized for failing him.
Regigigas didn't consider them failures. They did their best and that's all he could ask. He walked up embracing the three. They held close to their creator.
Regigigas beeped before his arms tightened. The 3 Regis accepted what was to happen. With the mighty power of Crush Grip Regigigas finally freed his children from their eternal pain.
As he watched their remains clatter to the floor he looked back out into the world.
Whatever had done this. Had made an enemy of him and that would be their greatest mistake.

Regimelt: Its temperature is no longer stable and it can no longer remain as cold as it used to be, no matter how hard it tries to rebuild itself it's in a constant state of melting and all of its attempts at freezing itself back to normal just *won't* work.
Regirust: Much like it implies, Registeel has fallen victim to oxidization and is slowly but surely breaking down and rusting, unable to rebuild itself as the rust only spreads and all of its injuries worsen leading to more parts of them to breaking off or just becoming dust and flying away in the wind.
Regirode: Regirock's body has started falling apart and eroding away, and despite its greatest efforts any attempts at rebuilding itself with new rocks fails as those rocks just fall back off, meaning that they too will end up just breaking down and no longer existing after certain amount of time.
EDIT: All three of them have a secondary ghost typing. So Regimelt is Ice/Ghost, Regirode is Rock/Ghost, Regirust is Steel/Ghost.

Regice was even worse. Half his eyes had melted off. He could barely even stand, much less float. Bits of him dropped down, evaporating into steam.
If Regigigas could cry, he’d be weeping at the sight of his children in such a state. What had happened? He calls out to his creations again.

They responded with broken noises and desperate flashes, but they were unable to think for themselves. They apologized to Regigigas for failing him.
Regigigas wished he could save them. But there was nothing he could do. He prepared to fight his children.
Regirock advanced first. He was already falling apart, and Regigigas easily grabbed him and threw him, causing large chunks to fly off.
Next, Registeel. His arm was falling off, but his other was still well enough to use Gyro Ball. A quick Hyper Beam from Regigigas rendered it useless.
Regice ice-beamed his master with everything. Regigigas easily blocked this with his fist. He grabbed Regice, then threw him into the ground, leaving a large crater where Regice lay. His remaining eyes stopped glowing, as he turned to steam and evaporated. The first Regi down.
He turned around to Regirock. Regirock caught him by surprise, punching him in the gut. Regigigas easily body-slammed the falling-apart Regirock, leaving nothing but a pile of stones at his feet.
Next, he approaches Registeel. Registeel Gyro Balled him, but it did little damage. Slow Start had worn off, and Regigigas ran to Registeel, grabbing him and striking him with Giga Impact until all that was left was a rusted arm and a dome-shape with red dots on the front.
It was done. He sat down on a boulder, he was physically fine but mentally exhausted. Was he the last Titan left? Where were Groudon and Kyogre? Had they waited out the apocalypse in their tombs as well? He stood up, enraged at himself, and the cause of all this. The culprit of this armageddon had made an enemy in Regigigas.
*And that was its first mistake.*

Rather than feeling afraid or horrified, I felt relief knowing that those poor 3 guys managed to go with Regigigas, now Regigigas will for sure repair them. After all he had created many regi trios across different regions.
Regigigas walks through this timeline dominated by ghost pokemon and other twisted creatures that were once the types that normally roamed the route. What twisted creation caused all of this? What could be so... corrupt, that all that remains is death? Surely the Regi Trio of this timeline would at least stand a chance. But then, he saw them. His children, now warped shells of their past selves, stood before him. But if they became victim to what they weren’t supposed to, what cruel fate had befallen the Regigigas of this timeline? It wasn’t the time for questions, however, for it was clear the living corpses for the Regi Trio weren’t going to let him leave without a fight.

I feel like in the future paradox, this would be the fate of the Regis, in a world where all biological pokemon are made into machines most likely to survive what ever ecological disaster forced them to convert from flesh to metal these ones were forgotten left as a reminder of what happened to the world

I do like how a new ambient background music element is added with each Regi. The low synth kind of sound for Regirust, the high synth melody for Regimelt, and the string plucks and clicking sounds for Regirode. It makes them all seem like a significant part of the song as it progresses, before each of them fade out and their element with them.
You know, I should really post the pixel art I did of these guys in Minecraft sometime.
I imagine a theoretical pair of names for the Galar Regis being Regibuffer & Registroy. Theoretically, Regibuffer would be slow as fuck but have Levitate because it's buffering midair, & Registroy could be a disfigured Charizard, or maybe a Gigantamax one, with little remaining of the main body. Anyway, Regibuffer would add scattered beeping, & Registroy would add low pitched roars
I love this because despite the haunting music you’re not scared of the regi trio, you *pity* them. And I think the mystery surrounding how this happened makes it so much better. Registeel is caught in an endless cycle of attempting to reboot itself, and you don’t know how long it’s been trying and failing at this. While nothing seems to have physically damaged regirock, he is for some reason unable to force himself back together, suggesting that something internal is wrong with it. And regice is the worst of all for me, as not only is undergoing an inexplicable process of melting that has hollowed its body, it then attempts to performs an intimidating pose and then crumbles due to the strain on its body.
Regigigas being forced to put down the possessed husks of his once dear and beloved children: *Regigigas no longer needs to warm up*

The fact that every time they break their eyes glow like a reboot is pretty cool but saddening cause they’re trying to light all their eyes up again
I haven't really been interested in Pokemon for years (probably thanks to SMT), but *goddamn* the dead Regi trio is so badass! And I think you captured the idea here marvelously. Something about a character being battered, crippled, and on the brink of death, yet still marching on to keep fighting is just so appealing to me, and this theme fits them perfectly
fun fact: what happened to the regi trio is supposed to be impossible, regice is supposed to never melt, regirock cant erode and registeel cant rust which makes this even creepier
In my head canon and based on how the sprites are animated. It feels as if, even if they wanted to, the RegiRuins are unable to die. That they've been pushed to the cusp of death but cannot feel its full embrace. But they cannot fully restore themselves either, only enough that they can feel their bodies crumble to their last all over again.
This would break any parents heart...

The music is the sound of the regis crying out for help,0:19 is the sound of registeel malfunctioning as it tries to put it’s destroyed body together,0:44 is regice’s miserable cry for help as life slowly fades from its remains,1:02 is regirock searching for its body parts along with the tapping noises as it searches for rocks as it slowly dies.Regigas is suffering miserably as it’s children die,aswell as regigas itself. As the cries of the regis fade,so do their lifespan.
I feel like this idea is somehow scarier than anything gory I've seen. The idea of impossibilities becoming reality is always a terrifying concept to me, and this set of Pokémon is one example of that, which chills me to the bones.
Can't wait for the regidrako and regieliki designs for this. Maybe even an regigigas form of this. Althought it's terrifying, it's cool and special.
I feel like the galar region would find regieliki and have it become the regions slave , constantly used for power 24/7 , almost at the brink of losing all of it's energy and about to blow up

You can see the fear in Regigigas's movements. The slow back and forth teetering as he watches his fallen comrade's shift about on doomed stilts, their corpses rendered puppets for whatever vile creature might be controlling them.

man this is pretty depressing, cause despite their original golem like appearances, i always thought they weren't just cool looking, but they were pretty cute too, just a bunch of blocks and shapes with dots. they surprisingly looked pretty harmless

This is terrifying but oddly so watchable
I really like how the music adds a new instrument per added legendary, and it sounds like something they would make. But also wow, Regigigas KNEW that the regi trio were impossible to rust, melt, and erode respectively. It crafted Registeel out of the finest stretchy metal to obliterate the opportunity for it to rust over time, formed Regice with the coldest ice in the world to the point that Regice physically could not be melted, and Regirock was designed to be able to always put itself back together with surrounding rocks to prevent itself from eroding. Regigigas sees, in this alternate timeline, the work of a powerful force of nature or even a creature beyond the strength of legendary Pokemon. It did the impossible, rusting Registeel, melting Regice, and eroding Regirock. Registeel is just a shell of its former self, its hanging and exposed wires being the only thing keeping it semi-together. It's such a fitting theme, since the regis represent different periods of time in mankind's history (Ice age, Stone Age, Iron Age, Medieval Era, and Modern Era).

For those who don't know this is where regigigas created the regi trio with some kind of weak materials instead of what he used normally
Honestly this kinda makes more sense. The original was more like "Regi theme with chorus go brrrr," albeit it DID sound pretty good but it didn't fit them like this one does. Like, these are titans on the brink of death from what can be presumed to be some sort of ungodly force. If anything, something slow and dreadful like this makes more sense.
Clovenix is really an ungodly beast on these titans.

I like that these broken Regis have their own motif in the track.
Registeel has the repetitive, robotic bass. It's not as foreboding as it once was, simply being a constant yet fading presence, stuck in its own rust. Any movement is jagged and is too much.
Regice has the louder, yet faltering and droning melody. It's trying so desperately to keep itself from melting away, using whatever fleeting ice moves it has left to keep itself frozen.
Regirock is the quiet, pebbly percussion. Perhaps the sound that it makes as pieces of itself crumble away behind it. Whatever is keeping it together is but a whisper of what it was.
They are all suffering. And it's not just the trio.
Only Regigigas, as labored from inactivity as it is, can help them now.

I feel like this goes one of two ways, Regigigias saves them and all continues as normal, or Regigigias is unable to save them and goes on a destruction spree, beeping as he does saying "I couldn't save them" over, and over again, as he leaves nothing alive in his anger
Pokemon creepypastas always felt horrifying, but this is something even I wouldn't expect
Regirust... Regimelt... Regirode... Regimolten... And Regithered... The five regis had fallen to an unknown force... Regigigas has already found three of his childs, and doesn't know how badly injured are the other two... Registeel rusted to the point that he can't fix itself... Regice melted and it's temperature turned unstable... Regirock is eroding and breaking faster than it repairs... Regieleki has been taken over by it's own energy and now is as useless as a molten wire... Lastly regidrako... He... Is just a shadow of what he was before... It's power withered away with it's body leaving behind a shell of overflowing ancient energy... Regigigas looks at his creations... He knows that this couldn't have been made by any pokemon... Who could have made his poor children decay like this? He can fix them, but first... He needs to destroy what is left...
Somthing that I find sad but interesting to think about is that this is a distant future where all the material the regi’s uses to rebuild them selves have been all used up or reduced to dust and regigigas is trying its best to keep its children alive

I will be the only one who imagines that Regigigas was trapped in the dark caves and found the Titans very withered and fighting but Regigigas almost lost and was freed from the nightmares of Darkrai
At 20:00 hours at night it was found by a local trainer found trio of destroyed regis , we don't know who did it but we have evidence that it is not a pokemon but a trainer nearby we also saw machines around the place such as basucas and machine guns so let's suppose it was a trainer, unfortunately we didn't find any more evidence of the case but we think that whoever the trainer is this was devastating... Now with the weather for tomorrow...

I know these guys are pokemon but they are all machines and if there is something that i find scary is machines struggling to survive...for some reason i just find it unsettling knowing they where perfectly fine before and then they ended up like this registeel oxidized, lost most of its limbs and has a half an arm hanging by some wires, regirock is in pieces and cant keep itself whole and regice melted wich is something that isn't supposed to happen i think

There's something about dark pokemon (not the type) that's so... enthralling. I can't quite put my finger on it.
It's interesting, the idea of Regigigas surviving and having to put down his own bretheren, like a protagonist of a story.

Imagine theres a quest about freeing the Regis.... Its a ridiculously hard fight since you face all three at once but if you manage to defeat them slow start gets removed from regigigas
This sounds and looks like a theme from an actually decent Pokémon zombie game.

I love the idea of a dying golem. Constructs that are meant to be durable and unbreakable withering away is a very interesting visual
They are really trying so hard, it looks like they die and come back to their suffering again and again. This feels so sad to watch. I had no idea the lore behind these 4, but the comments gave me some insight and holy shit this is even sadder.
