Thanks for voting! It's a close tie between "No!" and "depending on the fish" 😹 It's not common to mix cheese and fish in Italian cuisine, and a lot of Italians will say it's a travesty to do so! But there are so many cheese and fish dishes in existence that prove the combination works! As Maplecook said under the poll, tuna melt! 💖😹
Yum. That looks devine. So that's where the fish and cheese survey was heading. Capers aren't my favourite. I tolerate them in small amounts. What I do have is an itty bitty jar of green pepper corns. They might work as a substitute for the capers. Great tip for the olives. I'll have to remember it. Keep calm and pass'da pasta. Cheers Daniella 🤤😀👍😻😸
You can leave the olives and capers out if you don't like them! 💖 Otherwise (and don't tell anyone else, considering the title of this video!), I also love making "pasta al limone" during the summer! I've posted a recipe video for that too, so be sure to check it out! Have a lovely weekend! 😻
@@BlackCatKitchen thanks but then it isn’t the same recipe. Is it? Why do demonstrators of recipes do that? I don’t really want an answer….it’s one of my pet peeves I guess. They are demonstrating a recipe but then say you don’t have to do this or that etc. Like I said then it isn’t the same recipe. I’m inclined to know I can put in or take out anything I want when I’m cooking….baking may be a bit different since there is a science behind it. Trying to appease viewers is like graveling and changes the basis of the entire demonstration 🤷🏼♀️ I am loving your channel though…. ☺️ Enjoy your weekend as well!
Have to try this. Looks so delicious!!
💖😻
Good time with washing the capers. I've made that mistake before...lol.
Nice Damascus steel Nakiri!
That's my Kamata Nakiri I bought in Kappabashi! When we go back to Japan, I'm going to add more to my collection! 😹
This looks so good, I’ll be making soon for sure. It’s really hot, so less cooking is better!! 😅 Thx Dani
I'm all about keeping my kitchen as cool as possible! It's too hot! 🥵
I just screen spotted the ingredients. I'm stopping at the store on my way home from the vet. We're rescuing a kitty this morning.
That’s so exciting!!! Can’t wait to hear all about it!! 😻😻😻
You had me at olives 😍 This seems like such a fresh summery recipe, can’t wait to try!
Let me know what you think of it!! 💖😻
I voted in that fish and cheese poll too! Of course it can go together. Nice olive chopping tip! Very nice in the end!
