    Oh wow, of course Im very familiar with the other 3 pasta dishes but this one Ive never seen or heard of and what a shame because it looks magnifico. Thank you very much for sharing this dish with us - cant wait to try it 😊🌸💚🌸💚🌸💚🌸😊

      @BlackCatKitchen I absolutely will and thank you for the response! I'll have to make this one since this one is the only one of the Roman pastas that you've made. When pay day comes I'm gonna go out and buy the ingredients and a nice bottle of wine to pair it with.
      I love your videos! We have a lot of chefs on my father's side of the family. Cooking is just in our blood. There's nothing better than working all day on a meal, everyone takes a bite and ends up loving it. Nothing is more rewarding.

    O that looks so good. I can imagine the flavour.
    The guanciale fat cap and seasoned trimmings I'd render down and use for stock or a soup.
    Love Gordon's and Kiki's captions. It's nice to see them getting involved 😻😸
    Another great recipe for me to save.

    Brilliant production of this recipe, as well as the video. Tell Mr. Cameraman I said that please? Great looking dish, always appreciate your knowledge! Is that a carbon steel pan? It is about all I ever use!
