I liked that this was staged, probably the owner's furniture, but definitely gives a better idea of what it looks like filled out. Usually, your videos have no furniture, and I guess I lack imagination.
Beautiful home, can you please list the price at the current time? I understand price usually rises before it drops but knowing the current rate would be helpful.
That master closet could double as an office. Also, if i had it, i would turn the negative living room space, just to the right of the entrance way, into a mini library. It has a very nice layout, and i would love this house.
Hello Charley This home is amazing i love the kitchen i love the white cabinets i love the living and dining the Laundry room is amazing and so is the garage i love this floorplan thank you for showing us this amazing home take care and Stay safe Sincerely Anja
I absolutely love the white trim and Shaker cabinetry. It will *never* look obsolete or dated, and will go with just about anything you might care to do with the walls, floors, or furniture in the future for decades to come. You can't go wrong with simple white trim; especially when you're decorating for the first time, because even if you want to change it up a bit adding color to the rails or panels, you still have a great blank canvas to begin with that won't need any stripping or special priming in order to accept the next material application.
I wouldn't even call this a barndo, it's just a nice house. Love the Laredo layout, as you called it, and I definitely love the usable 9ft ceilings combined with a moderate cathedral in the great room. Pretty much perfect. Anything from 10-15 in a great room/common area is amazing, but you don't need more than 10 anywhere else, and especially anything more than 12 (except in certain applications) starts to feel less homey/cozy. The only couple things I could see myself wanting different is a 3-car garage, office in the garage (so you can still have 3 actual bedrooms) and have the garage doors slide up along the ceiling instead of the standard 90-degree opening pathway. And because of who I am, add at least one vehicle lift of some sort. OH, almost forgot, I'd definitely go 12ft on the porch overhang. The extra sheltered space is appreciated, plus you get a larger area that'll stay dry when it's raining sideways.
pretty cool. the porch should be wider tho or go out further cuz if its raining even with a little wind the porch will still get soaked. if its not far enough out.
@@__BERSERKER__ this one definitely built for around 300K minimum! Probably closer to 350K with land and everything’s else put into play. And that’s putting price per sqft @$125
i really dig all the extra cabinets tucked everywhere. now i need to try to build that lil cloak&boot in my laundry room. lol is the garage well insulated, like the rest of the house? (it gets too cold to woodwork & stain in winter) the one thing i'd change about the layout is to NOT have the master closet in the bathroom. would there be any issues for a real fire place instead of gas? could this kind of structure have a basement? :)
Looks great. What I’m concerned about is the foam things you put at the edge of the tin. How likely is that to get ate away by mice. Especially in the country I’d be 9miles outside of town. Is there anything that can be added to keep mice out?
Does the 2400 include the garage? I have been back and forth with the idea of having a detached garage with my barndo, but I am indecisive. I know a garage that is attached brings more value, but I want to be able to maximize living space by having it detached.
LOVE how there is no dang tube in the Master but hate that the closet is in the Master Bath. Home needs to be flipped (entrance should've been the back). Great job on using the correct terminology (Master).
I’m so happy you took the time to describe the island and the lighting along with the fixtures, I can almost picture it. The only thing that would’ve made this better is if you made a video showing all the things you were describing so we could see it for ourselves. Of course doing that means this video would’ve only had to be 8 minutes long a the most. “There’s the fridge and freezer”, thanks bud I wasn’t sure what that was in the corner of the kitchen. “This is a walk in pantry” 😑.
This home is beautiful! I'm new to this type of housing. How is the noise and weather insulation, say in the garage with the bare siding during a storm?
It’s certainly a nice barndo however, I prefer a panoramic view, so I always like my living rooms on one end of the house. Personal preference though! I would’ve loved to play around with this plan in my cad system if you can line up the plumbing close to each other then you can save a lot of money
About $150 per square foot is a good estimate, so about 360K. That doesn't include utility hook ups and land. Good luck. If you do a lot of your own labor you can get that down to about $100 per square foot finished out.
I love 💕 it, I thought i would have to make a suggestion about the master bathroom but it has the seat in the shower. I know in the next year I want something new, this would be nice but if this could be made as small as possible I would love to see. I’ve been looking at Tiny House, that can accommodate 1 adult & 1 girl and 1 boy. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Dude, great video! My wife and I are considering moving out to the Gilmer area from Utah. East Texas is beautiful and there's no better place for us to retire. We love the Barndo look and this house is perfect! Can you build this same floor plan but not quite so open in the living kitchen area? What you've done with the open plan is fantastic, we're looking for something not quite so open. Again, the video is great! -MO
great that you have a counter top in the laundry room for folding clothes, but get rid of the kitchen appliance out of there. I don't understand why shower door swing outward the water goes all over the floor.
I have a problem with all these open floor plans. I LOVE to cook, the kitchen doesn't look good when I'm cooking, and the last thing I'd like to do it clean up my kitchen, to make it look like it looks in this video. I know dishwashers are a bit more quite nowadays, but, still...I'd like a kitchen I can really cook in.
I like this home a lot. Probably too expensive. Ain’t never gonna find a barndo we can afford, but we can dream lol. We live in SW Florida so even the most economical barndos are expensive with all the hurricane proofing.
What a fantastic house floorplan. Lovely.
I love this. I live in Vermont and this might be the design of my next home.
Love the floor plan . How much is this build ?
want more info.
Is this blueprint or layout available? to review and maybe customize? I like this layout.
Nice floor plan, beautiful. I like the way you pan around so you can get a good look at the layout.
I liked that this was staged, probably the owner's furniture, but definitely gives a better idea of what it looks like filled out. Usually, your videos have no furniture, and I guess I lack imagination.
Absolutely gorgeous! Love all the special features!
Beautiful home, can you please list the price at the current time?
I understand price usually rises before it drops but knowing the current rate would be helpful.
yes the most useful information we need is pricing, and it is not given. They should at least give a range. Worthless video w/out pricing.
Beautiful space! I’ve seen some with a lot of waisted space. Just gorgeous.
Wow I would so live there it's really nicely bult. Very pretty home ❤

I would have loved to see a huge stone fireplace built out ,, like the whole wall one big fireplace!!
First video, great look and I subscribed, now i gotta go watch all the other videos
This is a great barndo.
Great floor plan & design
Beautiful home. I would have added more wood accents to warm it up, but the white looks super clean and neat.
pretty cool. the porch should be wider tho or go out further cuz if its raining even with a little wind the porch will still get soaked. if its not far enough out.
Very impressive! The nicest I've seen! The only thing I would add is a pool...
I wonder if, in Florida, they would be strong enough to withstand Hurricane-force winds. It looks amazing
Love the layout of this house 😊
Never seen metal sheeting in a home garage very cool
ABSOLUTELY 💯 BEAUTIFUL
My favorite so far!
Like the " ceiling lights" . How difficult is it to replace bulbs?
Beautiful floor plan!
Thank you!
Prices man

I really love the big open look,, and especially the dining set, it is gorgeous!!.

Beautiful layout love the master and master suite
Beautiful house & floorplan!!! Anything more would just be pure greed 😄. Great work!!!
Beautiful home 🏡 💕
This is an awesome layout! I'm sending this to our contractor.
Beautiful, very interested in building one of these in CT. any ideas on how to find a local builder and a set of plans?
TY
That's a nice garage.
How is the issue of moisture problem addressed? In the construction of barndominiums, I've been warned of potential mold problems.
Do you have a full layout/plan available somewhere?
Looks great. What I’m concerned about is the foam things you put at the edge of the tin. How likely is that to get ate away by mice. Especially in the country I’d be 9miles outside of town. Is there anything that can be added to keep mice out?
They’ve been doing that for years here in California. A lot of decorative accents on the outside of the house aka moulding around windows etc are foam
Beautiful space,.. love the details, too big for me
Beautiful three bedroom house for the owners of to enjoy.↗👌
I loved everything what a great house. I was wondering what the cost is to build?
That's awesome 👌🏻
So airy and pretty 😍... love what they chose in the garage, that is a great idea 💡
Beautiful, such a dream of mine to one like this one day
This is a really good one
Really enjoyed this beautiful tour
Beautiful! But needs a coat closet.
beautiful!
Very nice house . Plan on moving to Conroe Willis area will be in touch.
Sounds good

Do the homes have good phone reception? I ask because of all of the tin.
This is beautiful! How much would something like this cost?

Can custom changes be added? Like an extra bedroom and bath? Change to laundry room?
of course!
I wonder if you can build these over a poured foundation????
Very nice.
Well thought out design and finishes.
Very nice house
This house is very beautiful thanks for sharing. Hey how much dose this home cost?❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
This is beautiful!!

Where is the pricing on this? I’m interested in the plans and supplies, in addition to the options I’d having it made as is. Thank you
Need one like this with 14 foot high garage door 40 foot long
Fantastic home and layout.

A return air grill in the kitchen?
Beautiful
Where is the builder located? LOVE this barndo!
Can you build a two bedroom, two bath, duplex, Barnaminium?
I would like more information. My house has doubled in value in 7 years and like many other people, I want to leave SoCal and move to build.
Wish you guys could build in Delaware
I couldn't find this home or floorplan on your website. Any suggestions?
Can this type if hone have a wood burning fireplace
Looks awesome! 👍❤️ Price (as built) on this please?
Asking the important questions!
Price Please 🤑🤑🙄🙄
I HATE when they don't give you any pricing estimates.. I stopped watching stuff like this
Yes hate not hearing the price of that actual project

How much is the shell of the building with conceate slab?
How much?
What was the cost of this build? Time frame?
What is the length and width of just the living area?
Love it🤩
Is it possible to include the cost of the house in your videos? How much is this one?
How do these hold up to hurricanes?

Why are the windows so low in the front of the house?
Do you have a Company in Western New York that works off your Plans or that you'd recommend
Can you give us the prices as well or calculation on how much.

Can you use va loan on a barndominium?
I love your videos. Do you build out in the San Antonio area or have someone you'd recommend?
How much was this for the total build?
Anyone know the name of this style of barndominium? 1845's site doesn't show it.
