There is a plastic plug that covers the high end adjustment screw directly under your prime bulb. Heat a screwdriver with a lighter and jab it into the black plug. Leave it to cool and when you come back you can pull the plug and screwdriver out together. Echo claims you wont have to adjust it but day lying. Having that adjustment will CHANGE YOUR LIFE MY FRIEND

My dude.... ur never supose to leav the trimmer running without the screen. That's y u have the backfire sound to it bcuz the screen acts as a spark starter that sparks the start.... usually lite it on fire let it burn than scrape wat ever stuck on it but u needa put bak on... that's 1 mistake most people make thinking its the issue

Nice video brother. I actually took the screens out of both of my FS94Rs. They were running rough and bogging and it seems to have cleared up the issue so far. I am lucky to have a station with nonE fuel near me and that is all I run in all my lawn equipment, hand-held and mowers. The 225 def sounded better to me at the end👍. Keep choppin brother👊💪.

Well, Thanks! I I tightened both about 1/8 inch and it runs great at full throttle now, I was gonna pull the carb but figured it would be worth a try to see if the screws would tighten any n sure nuff they did.... Thanks again

Thanks, I will try tightening those two carburetor bolts. My Echo sounds exactly like yours did and I already cleaned the spark arrester, which didn't help.
