3/4th tsp baking soda
3/4th tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup grated carrorts
3/4th cup regular sugar
3/4th cup cup brown sugar
1/4 the cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup melted salted butter
2 eggs
3/4th cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
For Frosting
150 gm cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup cold heavy cream
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans for dressing.
