Nice video but now the reality is different here cause the dumping ground has destroyed the beauty of this place and the foul smell and the toxic chemicals form this dumping ground has destroyed the crops land and the land which was giving water sources form the mountain and all the water bodies have become like filthy durt and therefore the locals are suffering but their voices have been shut down by the powerful. You know what I mean

Crispy Prawn Koliwada 200-250 gms Prawns cleant and deveind 3 tbsp Besan 1 tbsp Rice Flour 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic grated/paste Juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp Yoghurt 2 tsp Red Kashmiri Chilli powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin powder 1 tsp oil 4 or 5 curry leaves small pieces 1/2 tsp tsp Ajwain(Carom) seeds 3/4th tsp salt Water for consistency Oil for frying Step by step ● Clean and devine your Prawns, pat it dry, add in Turmeric powder, salt as per taste, chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and juice of half a lemon, mix it at all really well until the prawns are coated by the Masala. ● Set it aside and allow it to marinate for 15 minutes. ● Take a bowl and add in some besan, rice flour, salt, Carom seed(ajwain), curry leaves, Yogurt, lemon juice, oil and red color(optional) now mix all these ingredients and add in red chilli powder, pour water in parts to form a thick paste with soft peaks. Add this paste to the marinated prawns and let it marinate for 15 minutes again. ● Heat oil for deep frying on a medium low heat in a kadai, make sure the oil is hot enough, then drop in the prawns carefully and fry in batches without overcrowding the kadai, this will allow the prawns to fry well and not stick to each other. (make sure the oil is at a right temperature, not too high not too low), fry the prawns for 5 to 6 minutes until it gets crispy orange brown coating, once done take it out in a plate and serve it with some green chutney and sauces. #prawnkoliwada #sionkoliwada #prawnstarter

Hi, the recipe differs from household to household and bayleaf was always added even by my grandmother. I don't understand why to make fuss regarding bay leaf as if it's a Mangalorean spice 🤣 this is a pure Goan Recipe

Hi.. Yes that's the ratio. Always double up the sugar. I have posted Easter Eggs recipe last week in which I have used 500 gms Cashew and 1 kg icing sugar

I am confused - why is this called Marzipan? Marzipan is made with almonds and there were no almonds in your recipe?
Marzipan is made with both Almonds and Cashews ..

Ingredients 1/2 litre milk + 1/2 cup Milk 2 tbsp Custard Powder 5 tbsp Sugar Fruits of your choice Apple, Banana, Chikoo, Grapes, Orange Jelly or Jelly sweets (optional) Step by step ● Take 2 tbsp of Custard powder of any brand and add it in 1/2 cup of milk at room temperature. Whisk the mixture until the custard powder is dissolved and lump free. ● Take 1/2 litre of milk at room temperature and add sugar stir it until the sugar dissolves completely. Now add the custard milk mixture in this and give it a quick stir. Keep the sauce pan of Custard mixture on the gas in medium low heat and keep stirring it until it comes to a boil and the mixture thicken. Only then switch off the heat and strain the mixture in another vessel using a seive to avoid lumps. ● Let the mixture cool down and then refrigerate it for couple of hours. ● Cut fruits of your choice, avoid mangoes and musk melon. ● After refrigeration, whisk your custard and add the cut fruits in and top it with some jelly(optional) and serve your Fruit Custard chilled.

Ingredients For Coating 3 tbsp Corn Flour 1 tbsp Maida 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Corn Flour for coating 1/4 th cup water For Paneer Chilli 200-250 gms Paneer long cubes 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce or Freshly ground green chillies and coriander paste. 1 tsp Schezwan Sauce 2 tbsp Finely chopped Ginger Garlic 3 Green Chillies slit 1 medium onion cut in quarters 1 small Capsicum cut in quarters 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/4 th cup Vegetable stock or normal water. 1 tbsp Corn Flour mixed in 1/4th cup water + 1/4th cup water. Salt for taste Oil for frying For Garnish Coriander leaves Spring Onion Step by Step ● Take paneer block and cut long rectangular shaped pieces. ● In a bowl add cornflour and Maida, pinch of salt, kashmiri chilli powder and mix it well, then pour the soy sauce and gradually add water and whisk it simultaneously until you get a lump free mixture. Set the coating aside. ● Now take the paneer pieces and add in 1 tbsp cornflour and dry coat the Paneer pieces, dust off the excess cornflour. Drizzle the wet coating over the pieces and coat it well from all sides. ● Heat oil in a pan for deep frying, keep the heat on high, once the oil is hot enough, gently place the Paneer pieces in the hot oil and quickly fry until the Paneer coating turns golden brown(ensure the flame is high so the Paneer is crispy from outside and soft from inside) ● Now in a pan add some oil, add in finely chopped ginger, garlic and saute for 30 seconds, then add in chopped onions, capsicum and slit Chillies and saute for a minute. Add the soy sauce, schezwan sauce, green chilli sauce and saute for a minute. Now add the 1/4 cup of vegetable stock or water, now add salt, sugar and pepper powder and give it a quick stir and now add the remaining cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil and add in the cornflour slurry and stir it until the mixture thickens. ● Now toss in the fried paneer pieces in the pan and coat it well with the sauce. Then garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and spring onions and switch off the heat. ● Paneer Chilli Dry is now ready to be eaten.

Homemade Biryani Masala Recipe 4 bay leaves 5 Mace buds aka Javithri 3 tsp Fennel Seeds 2 tsp cumin seeds 4 inch Cinnamon 2 tsp cloves 2 tsp Peppercorns 4 tsp Coriander seeds 8 green Cardamom 4 black Cardamom Half nutmeg crushed 4 star anise For grinding 1/tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder Yields 1/2 cup Masala Step by step Take the whole spices and dry roast them for 6-7 minutes until nice and fragrant on a medium low flame. Let the spices cool down. Add the spices in a mixer grinder and grind it for a few rounds. Take a break and add in the Turmeric and Red Chilli powder. Grind a a couple rounds and your Homemade Biryani Masala is ready. Let it cool and air dry for couple of hours and store it a airtight container. P. S. You can skip 1 or 2 spices if unavailable.
