I have been making cream cheese frosting for many years and it’s always on the runny side when doing it this way. You need to beat the butter till soft and lighter, then add the powdered sugar , mix well and then add the cream cheese last. What a game changer, the icing is 100% better . Try it if you don’t believe me. Then you can add vanilla , or little lemon juice. Let me know if you give it a try. I will never go back to doing it your way ever again. 😊

I did make this with about 600 grams sugar and it turned out very sweet the texture was great but too sweet I couldn’t taste much cream cheese so now I’m gonna make another half batch with less sugar and mix them

Vanilla sugar is a great substitute for vanilla extract. I find a lot of European recipes use vanilla sugar.
