It’s clearly seen that kind of corruption Noida authority has …. I mean every office bearer should be held accountable for this ….. this authority should be dissolved …. and MCD should be formed ….. Mtlb politicians corrupt hote h but …. Unko at least change krne ka option h yha toh jo ata h bag Bharr k gyb 😢…. Govt official are proving to be worse than the politicians… classic example is this area

Kindly review Nirala Estate which is delievered before time and with registry as well. It has good quality construction and one of the best club houses. It is sorrunded by branded schools, hospitals and malls. Price of this society is appreciating day by day. It has very good central park.

my father had bought a flat in ace parkway sector 150 . we got our poesession in november 2023. IS it good investment and what is it's future and scope .
It's definitely a sound investment decision. However, you might want to consider selling it off and investing in a pre-launch project. In many cases, there is significant price appreciation from the pre-launch phase to the completion of the project. While ACE Parkway will likely still yield good appreciation within a year, the potential appreciation from a pre-launch project may be even higher.
Video at 5:24 is showing Samridhi DAKSH Avenue ... BUT its actual the iconic tower of Godrej palm retreat...Also you missed to show the major attraction Shaheed Bhagat Singh park... Also if you are showing all the projects, why you did not show Tata, eldeco, parteek, nest and nurture,Ats pious hideaways

Things will change for sure.India would be hosting the Olympics in 2036 and planned International Cricket stadium in sector 152 adjacent to ACE stellar is high likely to host that event. :)

At 6:38 & 6:54, River Mentioned is not Yamuna river but Hindon river with Purvanchal Society in Background. Yamuna river is perpendicular to Hindon at their confluence point.

There is dire need of govt hospitals in Noida, Greater Noida area.
Absolutely, we completely agree with your point. Unfortunately, the need for government hospitals is often overlooked by authorities in Noida.

Good video, but at current stage 150 is bound to became a ghost city as there are no amenities and no momentum with many projects getting stalled. It will take another 15 years after decision to make the sector liveable
We respect your opinion, but we hold the belief that 2024 and 2025 will be promising years for Noida Sector 150. We anticipate progress in the restoration of stuck projects, along with developments related to sports city amenities commencing during this period.
@@whitehatrealty Half agree with Ashish, It may not take 15 years though I believe 150 is overhyped, No near by offices. Very close to greater Noida where the rate are quite less than sector 150 even after being developed. Even now it look like ghost city.
