    Do you think irish platinum would be a good choice..i am looking for self use only..what would be the tentative rate next year or possession

      Irish Platinum is one of the better projects. While predicting future pricing is challenging, we believe it could reach 13-14k per square foot by the time possession is offered, assuming the market stays positive.

      It's hard to provide insights on the new developer due to their lack of a credible track record. If you are looking something value for money, It's safer to invest in SBI Cap-funded projects, where your funds are secure, and your investment is likely to grow significantly.

      Dont go for Sikka, instead go for Arihant Abode, why bcoz they are already swamih funded, how do we make sure, the society is maintained afterwards

      Eldeco is the most expensive project among those in Sec 10 & 12 of Greater Noida West. If you’re planning to make it your future residence, the project seems promising. However, for investment purposes, you might be a bit late, as the price was recently increased by 1000 Rs per square foot. We advise waiting for another pre-launch property, which might offer an immediate increase of 500-1000 Rs per square foot.

      Predicting the timeline is difficult, but we believe the projects should be delivered by 2026 since the land payment to the authority has already been made. You can expect the price to reach up to 14,000 per square foot by the time of possession, though this is just an estimate and actual figures may vary.

      This is the ideal time to sell and reinvest in a newly launched project. Amrapali is set to release 13,500 apartments in the next 3-5 years, so a significant amount of inventory will soon be available in all NBCC/Amrapali projects.
