Reason is that this land lies close to the river Yamuna and according to law no permanent construction is allowed on this. Fabricated home is just like a tin shade rooms which are small in size. This land has very low worth and the builder is stuck with it as it can ONLY be used for farming and not be converted to residential or commercial space. The land will be worth 20 lacs. Landscaping and fabrication will cost 10-20lac. Which means the cost of this whole mess will be just 35 lac for the builder.
