Dwarka grew from buyers of near colonies and Rohini , they sold and moved in to more luxury and expensive flats. Similarly Dwarka guys are moving to expressway and increasing rates. But timing is everything I bought when expressway was just in litigation and about to get settled in 2019 rates were stagnant , yes there was a bit a risk but since I had long term perspective now it has doubled in last 2 years .. Planing and luck plays a big role how much ever you try .
Most of my client are same situation but we will try to my best to my client...and 90 client are happy with our work...I have more Options are available in all budget Sir ji
