Thanks for saving the trees, dude. Good to hear someone appreciates their worth. Too many people are cutting down trees in my area and its genuinely really sad to see nature being destroyed.
im agree since you maintain the green good and dont let grow like jungle because in the hot period can be very dangerous especially with cars and other fired or explosive stuff!!
Ditto that !!!
Thanks for saving the trees. I feel the same way. When I bought my property to build on thirty years ago I made sure it came with at least ten acres woods. I grew up messing around in the woods almost every day with my friends or boy scouts. Very soothing.
Thank you for caring so much about nature your not only saving the trees for your enjoyment but your also saving the homes of the animals and the birds that live there
All those rust free / low rust 1946 and newer Chevy / GMC trucks need to be saved. So much potential .
School Bus Fun ! Trees are Important ! Beautiful View ! Back to the Auction Place to Save Noses and other Parts - nice One !
Thanks Silas for sharing your adventures.
Thank you for saving the trees!! I love old cars too, but like you said, it's nice to have some nature around also.
Mr Goodpliers and his buddies are the people who put the car on its side to pull the OD trans. great video keep them coming
Just found your site and subscribed . You are a lucky man , no wasp and fire ants . Looking forward to watching all your videos . God bless .
I get bitten and stung all the time. It doesn’t really affect me fortunately.
43:59 ,that's awesome that you let your kids be kids & getting filthy at the yard .....instead of being glued to video screens & devices like most city urban kids & parents do ....👍
I really enjoyed the old iron rescues, and exploring!
Got a kick out of the kiddos playing with the milk crates, enjoying being kids!
Stay safe and well, Silas!
I think it’s amazing that you at least try to save these old cars. I know I lot of guys would crush most of these so the fact that you’re willing to keep them around and even save the noses before crushing really shows how much passion you have for these.
Silas don't sacrifice all those trees ! Sacrifice all those Ford trucks !!! 👊😎🤜
28:48 Unlike Silas.
Enjoyed the post auction tour Silas!
Stayin tuned! 🤠👍
You make every video great and we all need to save some trees and wooded areas for our future
I am with you Silas. I enjoy the trees, but enjoy them with all the vehicles. I have a couple dozen trucks and rather the trees around them. Just cools the area a little as well. Walk thru my yard and there's tons of birds and wildlife.
Keep on rescuing vehicles as many as you can but be smart as you have been. 👍🏼
Just discovered your channel... 1.5 yrs ago nov.2022 a "junk car buying" friend (Thomas Sutton) invited me to a truck auction at Tom Meyer truck salvage in Miami Oklahoma. I took home a 1939 chevy truck that been off the road in probably 40-50 yrs. I worked on it diligently for 1.5 years and now have a fully functional driving hotrod truck. Saved from the crusher. I was kinda ignorant to how the auctions worked. Thomas told me all the vehicles with that certain number... was ALL going to be crushed.. nobody wanted to bid enough to save them. Some GOOD stuff! Certainly my 39 chevy truck would have been one of them... but it lives on today in western Kentucky. I HATE crushers!! I'd love to visit your yard. Thx for saving as much old stuff as you can. It will NEVER be made again.
Thanks Silas.I watch all your vids; It's COOL that you save these beauties. I WOULD VERY MUCH TO DO THE SAME LIFESTYLE THAT YOU HAVE CREATED BUT at least I can cheer you on from here in Canada.
Any day that Silas saves a classic vehicle makes my day more complete!! Your doing an awesome job, really appreciate it man!!
Man ! Being the owner of a 55 C3H Dodge that panel truck was bad ass !!! 👊😎🤜
You do a good job now. A lot of those older classics are becoming listed.
That Honda Cub 50 scooter will get built...looked like had key equipment. Fun digging in somebody else's junk! Looked like you also got help in loading ....
Only God can make a tree , Any fool can cut one down !! You did well at the crusher site , and in the end things worked out for the best , you saved some cars and some smalls ( bikes , motorbikes , hubcaps , etc ) it all made for a good day out . Take care, keep up the good work , Stuart in Canada ..
Dear Mr. Silas
👍👌👏 Congratulations 🎉 for being so reasonable = thank you very much for not cutting down the trees on your property. Trees are incredibly useful and important. Additionally: No mushrooms without trees and brushes. 😁 ;-) 2) Congrats 🎉 again for all the great purchases. I hope all that sells well. I guess the bigger your channel grows, the more stuff and complete cars you are able to sell. As always: Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing.
Best regards luck and especially health to all involved people and children. 💚💚💚
Those old honda mopeds are a great find great haul .
Great job recovering those front end grills
Glad you’re trying to save those old ones your the man

Thanks for saving the trees and classic cars.
Silas, your kids are soooo cute!!❤❤❤ Thanks!!
Nunca vi a mulher dele aparecer nos vídeos!
Hi once more Mr Silas, it’s been a while since I last saw you. The lovely vistas in and around that Car and iron graveyard are fantastic. Thanks to your cutting crew and you of course. I am able to see sights and things that I never knew existed. Stay well stay safe, JR/UK
I
WOW, Syrus, you are closing in on the 100,000 mark fast! Great videos are doing it!
Speaking as an old gear head, it's painful to see this classic Detroit iron being crushed.
I graduated high school in the late 70's (1979) in New England.
Even back then we were scrambling for body parts that were fixable / low rust. We had to deal with much worse rust even in the 1970s than these cars you have in Texas now.
Wow, I can't believe your cars are so low rust / rust free.
There was a old salvage yard here that had a bunch of 1955 Chevrolet police cars, but the yard owner wouldn't sell anything saying " he wanted to fix those some day".
My buddy Scott was constantly looking for '55 Chevy parts. He kept changing parts as he found more that were rust free.
Back then , nobody made new ones.
All these cool cars need to go live in the desert till someone needs them.
Great video. Kids need to get into restoring classics. Maybe it would keep them out of trouble.
Take care
Yep I love my trees too. It's a family thing. I come from a family of old car gatherers too. I never have to worry about my blood being low on iron I have rust flowing through my veins. I've got some patina going on with little aging thanks to nature. Great episode and I really appreciate the fact that you show these scenic views. It is true from all the travels we have done. The destination is one thing, but the trip is the real enjoyment of getting there. See my wife's only recently started watching channel a few months ago but she's never seen your kids. And she just said how adorable they are. Having Indian blood in us being a little dark feature beyond the gray, kind of partial. I think it's a great idea that they have one giant playhouse that just happens to resemble a semi-trailer. 👍
Thank you for loving the trees!
It is annoying to see everyone in the internet taking down trees everywhere
40:35 Love it the chrysler ! 😍😍
Excellent silas saving cars & trees cheers 🥂 😊
Good picking Silas Good haul of cars
You got like one of the best jobs in the world Love your videos thanks for sharing them with us 👍😁
Trees…..it’s good to sit under a big old tree for some shade in the summertime!
you do a great job Silas, carry on!
I like the Early '90s Dodge truck you are towing with better than any of the noses or tails, but the moped and bikes are cool. Wish the Rambler wagon was saved.
Yes. That. Makes. Sense. Please. Keep them. Thanks
Bueno stuff, sir! Muchas gracias por compartir, mi esposa y yo realmente disfrutamos aquí en el oeste de Pensilvania.
Silas I used to pick up the busses in your video's next door. I loved the green grassed verges roads in KS...... Wind blows a lot there and many times I swallowed the dirt and dust by accident.
Classmate had one of those panel trucks (x-Vans Bakery) which we use to pile into and do Tommy’s chili burger runs after university library closed.Too much fun! Tommy’s run!
PS - Is Kansas drought over?
PS2 - Scrap profession needs a good horror film based on a scrap yard.
We have some old Dodge Trucks in Sweden but i have never seen any one like the one that you have .
Must bee very rare .
The blue 4door Chrysler is so beautiful and big .
kind of like somthing out of mad max with that bloke traveling on the trailer down the hill
Very interesting 🤔👍🤗 content. Thanks 👍 for sharing.
I've only just watched this video , but that Windsor deluxe is just beautiful.. wish I had the money to purchase and have it shipped to AUSTRALIA
Keep the videos coming Sir.
I think, don't quote me though, the one you call a moped is a Nifty, Thrifty, Honda 50 and they were imported in 1966 / 67. They are still popular in some Asian Countries. Parts can still be had for them, though they are made in China. I am in love with that Frazer. I love the orphan cars.
Doing trip south mid winter. Main interest 57-59 65-79 d-w truck. 55 59-61 2-d car.wagon.
i picked up a old honda cub 50 once at an auction......sold just about every single part from it! several pieces i shipped to various places in asia.
Need more like that 👍☺️
"When does the crusher get crushed?" I really get depressed watching this... tears in my eyes, really. I know you have to make a living, to demolish/crush those old cars...
I can't do a job like this. As a young boy I wandered among scrapyars, thinking every car had a 1st, 2nd and maybe more owners. Brand new every shiny car stood in the showroom. Waiting for the first buyer, who would leave the dealership, to make it's first miles...
In the 80's I made photo's of old rusty, overgrown cars, all of them longe gone. I am in my 60's now, living in the Netherlands. All those scrapyards are gone now. No more cars in nature, no entrance to look around even. Everything numberd, catogolized, in shops and on the internet.
I am surprised to see so many old cars still in fields and bushes.... but soon all gone, I am afraid. It's sign of the times. Good you make films of it. In a 50 years from now or so, you will be on a "history channel" Old folks watching all this, like me, with tears in their eyes, I expect. I wish you all the best though.
Watching guys like you save as much vintage Detroit Iron as possible makes my day Silas. The red Dodge PU at 38:09 looks quite solid.
Beautiful
Thanks for sharing
When you where pointing on the cars on the field wich are yours it reminds me in my carrier as a export car dealer in Germany ,sometimes I wok up at night by nightmares cause sometimes when I bourt a lot cheap cars for my African partners I sometimes forgot to haul everyone of them for month or even for ever in case cause I forgot them.
Good episode Silas 👍 its nice to get off the ranch occasionally. I like the steerhorn handle bars on that bike 🚲 you pulled out of the dirt. $$??
Great video Silas! Nudging the 100 k mark! Well done. Keep those trees, Thier the earths lungs! 🇦🇺🍺🍺
Hello mate I like to see you saving the old cars it is nice to see keep the videos coming my friend from Dave in the uk
Well said, chopping all the trees down would be terrible.
To gain some space, you can use special shelves, to stack them up.
Fenders. Hood. Front to the 57 ford f you took home before 😅
A man of many talents!
Hey you caught me driving in the background lol.
man ...ur a great dude ... u do a killer job ....im gonna be goin to AZ at some point ...i wanna stop n meet ya maybe earn some money for my trip ..... stay safe SILAS
Wow a 63/64 le Sabre wagon. I haven’t seen one of those in years.
Well it's Dec. 15 and this video came up I thought that I had not seen it before but I have so I watched it again.
Awesome always cool stuff always thanks 😎
Aw, man.....wish I had the funds and ability for that Dodge Panel. My Uncle had one back in the '80's and I've always wanted one.
you sure got some nice ole cars were you live for sure.the scrap yard around were live in michigan we just get newer cars like 90s up that are wore out and not worth saving unlike you get.
Love c n all the cool stuff you show and save. If I had the land it would be full of all the cool things that have been in my possession. Love the content u put out 👍
When are you gonna try out that old crusher you bought At auction
Feels like I'm on a visit ha ha! I feel ya bud..
Been a Really long time since I seen one of those old bumper Jack's
Vice Grips, we call them Mole Grips in England, well anyone I ever knew, and I actually have a pair of MOLE BIRMINGHAM grips I picked up a while back.
Should have looked at the 60 Ford truck transfer case and drive lines would have been worth something
To a Rambler collector, that tailgate and window would be worth good money. Especially the glass. Sucks though. Middle of nowhere, and they can't let the cars rest in piece.
My Dad. Owned. 62 Rambler. Wagon. Around. 69 or 70. It was. Hi n good shape. Thanks
My favorite memories as a kid .in a junkyard
Silas, they're not mopeds, but Honda Trail bikes. Lots of people are into them, and tons of repop parts available.... you should be able to make a little $$
great pick ups there matesw
Silas, you need more art sales in you life! Always an adventure.
Sorry to tell you the Honda 50, should have left it there.
I have one here that I got 10+ years ago, have a bit of money into it. Thought it was cool, going to restore it. It runs but I broke the kick starter shaft. Very good shape. Could not sell it for $100, so if you find a sale for what you have there, send them my way. lol
I think they major problem is the abundance, of after market parts in China, not to mention the millions that were made.
I sold it for $150
@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch
It figures. I would have a hard time selling a $20 bill for $19.
It is in fairly good condition, I sat on it and drove it around the lawn. I found it hard to believe< I was asking $200, and no bites. Not even an offer.
Do you ever make a truck bed trailer out of some of the 250s etc like the green one you cut?
I sooooo would’ve loved to have that as a trailer…🤷🏻♂️
Silas if I could get that Chrysler and Fraser to the UK I would buy them off you for good money
You're getting to be quite the videographer. Must be the artist in you.
I could just sit on that Hill all day and watch the wind come across the valley in waves through the tall grass.
I'd love to have that 60 dodge sedan!
I'ld pay good money to get that moped restored, it's worth a fortune.
Why don't you fence in the lot where you tore the house down?
what do people want with the backs and fronts?
That “SuperS” is an emblem for an early 60’s Chevrolet Impala Super Sport
And the 56 chrysler!
Where are you located , I'm looking to relocate and I love what your doing I would love to help you out cheaply I'm already retired
Do you have anyone that hauls cars from you on a regular basis? I have been interested in a couple cars but its hard for me to get to your yard. I'm in eastern PA.
