    Fantastic video! Defiantly going to try the different techniques! I love this machine! I sweat like a maniac but I love how I feel afterwards!

    But how do you load you heel when your heels don't go on the step?

    I get weird looks when I do side steps it's pretty funny lol. But I love this video though. Helped me a lot with this machine use.

    you can't really load your heel, it's mainly forefoot loading....

    used one for the first time today d/t bad lightning weather and postponed the run.....good 30 min workout - wasn't sure what level to use but did what I felt was a challenging level.

    Wish I'd found this machine before I bought my treadmill cause I use my treadmill on high incline and walk at 4kmph

    MAke it more difficult!? I want to make it more easy - I couldn't last 1min. Thinking about doing something else as this seems too difficult.

      Gotah Gemini I started at level 3-4 I guess if u start low and work your way up weekly then you will get used to it.

    I go for 90 mins, slow start warmup, then do fast slow, slow, fast, alternates....but go for a good 90 mins, being that I can't run 10 miles anymore.......2 hours is better, but I apparently suck.....40 mins isn't enough....some days much faster, and just do 30 mins, but at least 5 days a week, some days twice per day.......just to be normal

    But, you are NOT loading your heel? your loading your forefoot, which is normal, you can't load your heel unless you go painfully slow.......load your forefoot, skip steps that's good, but stay on for a long time and reap the benefits....then your butt and legs will be slim, these should be slim.....(diet critical)

    She's out of breath, not in good shape, and incorrect about leg extensions. Not using rails is a bigger risk than a leg extension.

      Its probably the hardest cardio machine there is.. really gets to the lungs
