I have found that stepping through the heels, with about an inch or two of the heel actually hanging off the step and skipping every other step to be the most beneficial to glute development. It mimicks how you would be hiking straight up the side of a hill.
This is an awesome and to-the-point video. I've been doing the skip a step variation for a while now and it's pretty intense. I want to try running but I'm clumsy so I'm scared to trip lol. Thanks for the info!
I would make a super fluffy shrug out of the lower half for it, but leave like 1-2 rows of ruffles so it’s not too short. It will give it Flamenco dancer vibes.
If you are reading this dont lose hope at meeting the one. Get the fuck out your house i dont care if ur feeling gassy or depressed trust the process !
Fair warning: if you're a guy and I see you on a stairclimber doing kickbacks or stair jumps, I'm laughing at you, full teeth, head fully tilted back. Because I'm 12.
I like this straight to the point guide, instead of Long dragged out descriptions
Skipping a step is my absolute favorite, it kicks my butt lol

I like how you got to the point and kept it short. Can’t stand those long drawn out “like and subscribe below...” clips! 😍😁

Whew chile I like all her variations of using the stairmaster. I’m just a beginner looking forward to doing them soon and very soon.
Lol then don’t copy this. Do hip thrusts that will grow your glutes not doing these
Love this!
I so thank you Oh my goodness I am going to incorporate this in my everyday stair master challenge. Thank you so much This is fun

The leg lift backwards, isn't it bad for the lower back if we do not lean forward?
Great thank you
Thanks🌸
How often should we do each variation or how often in a week in general to see optimal results?
I don't recommend side steps as it can lead to injury of the meniscus
Ur not gonna get injured doing that pussy ass shit
Can someone tell me which exercises target the medius and minimus?
i bet those stair jumps are great for the machine
can you tell me the benefit of each variations? like what muscle is more targeted when doing the backward climbing ? Thank you for you help!

I ain't trying to get a shawn Michael's super kick walking to weights
Sweet chin music! 😂😂
Ok but I’m just a beginner and I literally won’t be able to do this on an incline higher than 2. The incline for the most part looked low
does the side step get at the gluteus maximus?
Moreso the gluteus medius

I needed this tonight. I was looking for a workout video but I needed this comment more
See my issue is that I want to tone my glutes but also not fall down and break my neck

Dont squat bench deadlift
