We are planning a day-trip by bus to Shirakawago from Nagoya (this Dec). Would there be enough time to walk around the village before it is time for the return bus trip?
Hey! We stayed in Takayama and did a day trip from there. Not sure this would be doable in 1 day from Tokyo, it would be 5+ hours one way! Would recommend staying in Nagoya or Takayama, with Takayama being closer (50 mins only)
Hi I love you vlogs, I'm planning to go to these places in December end. Can you please let me know if these videos are current? And also have you considered driving on these roads? Are these roads drivable?
Hey! These vlogs were February this year so it’s what you can expect in the next couple of months :) as for drivable I guess it depends on the weather at the time. But we got public transport everywhere with buses, coaches etc so yes it is possible!

It’s so insane that they’ve lasted that long with no fires or anything!
I know man! So crazy hey!!
They have hidden fire sprinklers all over the outside of the buildings. I saw it in another video.

@@TwosomeTravellersWas it very cold? I’m planning to go there around 20 February, but kinda worried about the low temperature
@patricetan hey! It was cold but just invest in some decent thermals and it’s no drama! A decent warm coat and pair of snow boots too 👌🏼
Hi, really nice snowy scenery at Shirakawago village.. Can I know the actual date of your visit in February?
What was the name of that cute cafe/restaurant? So keen to try when we go in January 😊. Thank uou in advance ~
I was about to ask for the name of that cute cafe but found it - it's Ochiudo.

Where did you eat the veggie curry rice?
Is it snowing there at the moment ? Planing to go there this weekend 😂
Good question! We honestly wouldn’t have a clue 🙈
We are going on December 28th, how can I see the forecast if that day it will be snowfall or not
Where were you guys staying when you visited Shirakawa-go? Is this trip doable from Tokyo?

Do you need to make advance reservation for the bus? Or just go there?
We didn't make a reservation in advance, we bought the tickets on the same day we were travelling :)
@@TwosomeTravellers but is there like 2 way (return) bus tickets available from takayama? or is it both 1 way tix ?
Great video ! Did you go there in December?
