Ohh my, ooh my......thank you so much. This is the realist and most comparsion personality i have watched in a very long time. i am in a similar position.....i was diagnosised march and prescriptes Elvanse (which work well but give me terrible anixety in weekly waves until i couldnt leave the house for few days (was 100% the tablets) so i stopped them and tried natural stuff like loins mane & L-Tryosine with jade oolong tea (has same ingredients) which was a game changer been feelong great, so few mths pass and my 6mth review is next wk, so i told my pyscharist what i went throu with the Elvanse (which was only 30mg) and she has prescipted Delmosart slow release 18mg for 2wks then 36mg for 2wks. i picked them up today and was really weary to try them but after watching your vids youce made me want to and cant thank you enough for being so honest amd hope your still doing as good as can be. i will go back to natural remedies if not a massive diff and maybe take when needed just in future BUT like you it the morning that are tough still and days doing nothing. SO again i think your a superstar for posting so candidly abt your journey. ❤😃😊 Cheers again. Keep On, Keep'in On #Knowledge & experimentimg to your own indiviual needs is the only way, as no one knows what except you how you feel really. ps the anxiety bit freaked me out that much and im not a drug novice lets just say. BIG LOVE
@@AIBUNKER thank you so much for this comment - it really means the world to me. Even if I help one person have an idea of what to expect on this treacherous journey - I have completed more than my purpose. The journey has its ups and downs, but all we need to do is find what works best for us. This is different for everyone and pills don’t teach skills - keep learning and growing because there’s so many free resources out there to help support any medication. Sending all of my support and acknowledgement 🤍🤍
@slartybobfoster2273 thank you so much, this honestly means the world! If you have any thoughts on other things to cover anything please comment on my latest video as I’d love to upload something this weekend that would be helpful leading up to you starting medication 🤍
@@catherineallan5043 Will do. Btw, the minute you said you were taking x2 18mg I knew there would be trouble 😂. I'm honestly the same with coffee, I really need it to get up and activate my brain but I'm also highly sensitive to it. If I'm buzzing it's only a matter of time before the crying starts 🤣
@@slartybobfoster2273I feel so seen! I can fall asleep after a coffee which apparently is a sign of ADHD. I was on 3 x 18mg Concerta at one point, we can all imagine what that was like!!
@@catherineallan5043 😂😂 my dad is like that, he's totally in denial about his ADHD but it's obvious. I'm suuuuper sensitive to coffee though, unless I'm taking it regularly I'll be up all night thinking of 3 billion things simultaneously. 3pm cut off for me or sleep is ruined
The ADHD emotional waves are truly rough, hopefully titration of the medication will level things out eventually. Hang on in there, and give your self lots of self-kindness. It does get better.
@DalbirChana thank you so much for your supportive and reassuring words! Sometimes it can all feel overwhelming and like progress is snatched away from us but remembering the bigger picture is so important you’re right 🫶🏼
Wish you all the best ❤
