i need tips. i am SO scared to act in front of anybody. i always turn it into a joke cause i’m scared. any tips?
Same ! The only time I’m not as scared is when I know I have to act in front of people or act with someone who is as passionate about acting like me . At other times I’m scared because I feel like their judging me. I think it’s just the overthinking that gets to me when I act. I don’t really have any good tips bc I’m in the same boat as you , but if you’re performing w someone else, just remember that y’all have to rely on one another. If your partner is confident during the performance, that confidence will transfer to you💕
KimBrea Young i wish i had a friend who likes acting! i don’t have any friends or anyone i know in person who wants to do acting. i would be much more comfortable acting in front of someone who wants to do acting and is around my age. it’s sad :(

Question: how long should someone do acting lessons before trying to get a role in something?
It differs. When you practice your audition monologue, do you feel like you know what you're doing?

Jasmine Adetona it doesn’t take 2-3 years 💀 it differs.. classes could be really effective and if your really into acting and work hard , you can audition for films when you feel ready and getting good feedback from your teachers then you can move on .. but 2-3 years “sometimes” is definitely not true
The more u work the more its going to be easier to be in a movie

Chaya Carson so u don’t have to pay them for auditions but only if u get a role on actors access?
@@Igyt12 You're not supposed to pay your agent until you get a role, it doesn't matter where it came from, and if they ask for money you don't want to be with them because it's fake.
