Lately I have been adding weights to some of your video workouts and I am loving the result (like jabbing with 2-3 lb hand weights, or squatting with 8-20 lb weights, or wearing ankle weights during ab videos etc). I love working out at home - saves time from going from one place to another for sure. And I think that is a great perspective - usually I fret I can’t exercise instead of focusing on the vacation aspect and that we usually walk/hike/swim, have other types of exercise that still count too.
I always stress before vacations. I usually don’t have a gym available and I also do intermittent fasting which is harder when traveling with other people. Your video really motivated me before my upcoming trip :)
Dont forget about your overall health and why you are going on vaca, likely to refuel your mind and spirit which are equally as important as and connected to your physical health ❤️

Would you say that you don't focus on the reaching the grams of your macro targets but more on your portions of macros in your meals? Im trying to move towards intuitive eating but not sure where to begin and am a bit scared ngl. Also, when you decide on what you have for your meals do you always make sure to have a balance of all the macros in each meal and snack or do you look at each day as a whole making sure that your macros are achieved that way?
