- 8th Man Episode 08: Dr. Spectra uses a frequency-jamming device to cause all the televisions in Metropolitian City to go on the fritz. Despite repeated telephone calls from Spectra to Chief Fumblethumbs office to watch TV, Fumblethumbs doesn't "get the picture" until one of his men notify him of the problem and they sit down only to see a screen full of "snow". Since Spectra's motive was to get Fumblethumbs to call 8th Man he then launches one of his "mini-missiles" which 8th Man hears coming and shoots down with the Chief's pistol.

なーんだ！結局、数分の杖&白髪悪党から、原作8マンになってて安心(笑)輸入だったんだな！！8マンの顔と東探偵の時の顔がちゃんと見分けられる正解なデッサンが嬉しい！！
The added sound effects are totally unnecessary and the sound is low
出た！！8マン唯一の最強武器・完全変身が記憶喪失の17：49に間違って出て、なんとジェニー(日本名・幸子)に変身してしまった！！この独自ストーリーもアメリカ(だと思う)に受けたんだろう！！！
Don't mess around with"Dr.Spectra".."Skip"..or he'll do worse than try to spank you.
Chief Tanaka's voice sounds different in this episode than it did in other episodes.
+MDthornton83 It's the same voice. Only one actor voiced him in the series as far as I can tell.

Hoo-boy... so 8th man, delirious with amnesia and with a personality crisis to boot, still manages to find his way to Prof. Genius' laboratory. So Dr. Spectra just decided to let him wander off?
Another thing... the reserve brain that 8th Man just happens to remember at the crucial moment when Dr. Spectra is about to operate. Deux machina OD; exhibit B of lazy writing.
Jenny and Skip must be morons just sitting around in Tobor's apartment all day not being able to figure out that "Tobor" is robot spelled backwards.
Hey I know it's all silly, but remember this is a kids show.

なんだ？これは？？1963年に日本でマンガ雑誌・TVで大ヒットした【8マン(エイトマン)】のアメリカ製作版か？？パクリじゃない正式許可版？！BGMと効果音が日本のTV版と同じだし(笑)なんにしてもこの存在が驚愕！！！
