It's similar to Amino or Reddit with earnable currency.
The anime taught me that if you get Onix wet you can knock it out with an electric move
TheAuraGuardian dude! You are so awesome! Lucario is my favorite Pokémon! And I have a big fascination for Aura Manipulation! I’d love to be an Aura Guardian!
TheAuraGuardian but I don’t want to die
Lol 80 tandes
holy crap I knew about the Arbok into Seviper Trainer's Choice but had no idea there were so many COMPLETELY wrong ones riddled with Nuzleafs. Dear god so many absolutely hilarious failures
There are many hilarious mistakes in pokemon and sometimes they just deny logic or fact in anime or dex but still i love pokemon and i would remain a pokemon fan for the rest of my life
Hey, Michael! Hyped for MBF Season 2!
Yeah.......
Hi
i knew about the seviper one two nbut dang, also hi #mandjtv
Rotom: "I can take on many forms!"
Nuzleaf: "Pathetic."
Eevee:am I a joke that you
this is the funniest thing i’ve read all day
Ditto : "Laughts in transforming"
Mew **giggles cutely**
Zorua/Zoroark: *Laugh viciously*
You know, the Trainer’s choice thing gives a lot of insight on why Ash was so unsuccessful in Championship matches. My head canon is that he believes all of those answers are 100% correct
Headcanon? What are you talking about this is just canon
So that’s why he ignores type matchups
@@SorielHDTBers lol yup, turns out he always thought he had type advantage
@@umbrasunbro2142 I made a comment describing something that actually happened 5 minutes ago. If you sort the comments by recent you’ll probably find it instantly
"That's not my Feraligatr, that's a Lapras."
That doesn't look like a Lapras. That looks like a Lapras that was skinned alive.
A lapras that was skinned alive is still a lapras. It’s just skinned alive
It's more like a wrong shiny to me
At least Lapras isn’t endangered anymore.
It looks like a shellos or slugma
Surf users in gen 2 have the Lapras sprite
The trainer's choice actually makes a lot of sense considering its *ASH* whose giving the answers out.
It would make sense at the time, anyways. After all, he did once beat another trainer's Metang with his Glalie, bonus points for taking it out with a headbutt (which was also seen being used to knock out a Misdrevous in an earlier episode).
He learned his type matchup from Brock,
So I'm not that surprised
@@BramLastname Brock was actually telling the truth, remember the Kalos league?
@@penguin7611 no I don't,
But I think I already know
What you're gonna say.
Right? Although as inconsistent as the anime has been known to be, I wouldn’t be surprised if those answers were true in the show.
Remember that one trainer in Sun/Moon with the shiny eggsecute who says he'll give you the shiny but instead gives you 6 nuggets?
Biggest Pokemon troll ever.
I literally battled him yesterday
@Crispy Dango Yup, just to taunt you
@Crispy Dango Think so.
Eh, there's a trainer in D/P/Pt that wants to trade her Haunter for a Medicham.
The Haunter is holding an Everstone so won't evolve into Gengar.
Moot there’s a subreddit for that, r/fuckmindy
The way he confusedly says “Nuzleaf?” Both times made me laugh way too hard omg
I honestly didn't pay much attention to it, until my wife pointed it out. Yeah... I was just as confused when I saw the pokemon. lol
I'm dead xD
Ash: "Hey Jesse, I thought you released your Arbok?"
Jesse: "I did."
Ash: "No you didn't. It clearly evolved into your Seviper!"
(stunned silence)
Jesse: How have I not been able to steal your Pikachu yet?"
that would explain why ash never won anything for years.
Well he usually loses when he choose the correct type matchup so
Shivansh Pandey he lost to Barry. Barry forgot to bring six Pokémon to the league and ash still lost.
@@kobienotcoby2862 That was Cameron. The only time he lost to Barry was a 1 on 1 using his Gible against Empoleon.
@@kobienotcoby2862 Gen 5 anime as a whole was stupid , moves looked good and that was all.

I’m dead
Lol
“ITS SUICUNE!-”

"That's not my Feraligatr. That's a Lapras...WHAT THE FU----"
Meanwhile, Gen 1: *Nervous sweating*
True. I remember, how i was playing pokémon yellow week ago and i wanted to surf with my blastoise, but instead i was surfing with kirby or something
I think it's supposed to be a Seal? 🦭
To be fair to trainer's choice, Ash does have a disappointingly long history of choosing the worst type match-ups
my jaw is on the GROUND at how many of those trainer choice things are wrong LMAOOOO WTF
did it really hit the ground, or are you lying as well :v
Ricky Dillon fr tho
What I think it might be asking is which one of these pokemon is best for the pokemon on the left to fight. They just use poor phrasing and it seems like they are asking the opposite
hardy insightful, but the pulse and minun vs mudkip specifically said which one would be more effective against minun and plusle
What Pokemon evolves into Magnezone?
A. Dugtrio
B. Nuzleaf
C. Suicune
If you chose Suicune, you were right!
"Water Types are totally weak against fire types." - Brock
"all my Pokémon are water types!" - the guy with a Nidoqueen.
Can’t forget rock and ground!
BEN PLAYSS Brock was right because of the kalos league.
@@Pikachufan-hz4xb lmao you are right
Furret is a ground type- Misty
I don’t know why, but ‘IT’S SUICUNE-’ and ‘...nuzleaf...?’ still kill me to this day
9:21 the utter defeat in his voice is priceless
But to be completely fair, Mudkip could eventually learn mud shot, therefore defeating Minun and Plusle
Conspiracy theory:
Pokemon messed up the trainer's choices on purpose so that kids would get confused and frustrated with the games and therefore bought the game's handbooks
And the handbooks are full of lies too. 😂
OH GOD THAT’S PROBABLY TRUE
Oh my god, you have to be right.
I watched the show when I was little, and therefore thought that water types were weak against fire types (Brock).
@poke master
Nope. You should be able to look this clip up on TH-cam.
@@minoriarcticfox6991 They have told multiple times that fire is weak to water so atleast find a decent lie
Honestly. "See you again sometime" Is the biggest and most common lie whenever the protagonists of whatever series meet someone
Ash lied to his Pidgeot and said he will return soon
@@uchihapokemax3259 the worst part is he returned to Kanto frequently and now spends 60% of Journeys at Kanto and still hasn't met up with Pidgeot
@@uchihapokemax3259 It's never said in the Japanese dub, so the creators of the anime never add upon it
Just from watching the ANIME we didn't learn any POKÉMON knowledge out.😂
Sorry for bad Grammar
@@uchihapokemax3259 well it was only said in English dub... The Japanese dub instead says he released them
5:12 I'd like to mention that the hydreigon shown here is level 50.Even in x/y, the lowest level hydreigon you can get is level 59.
Ever heard of WiFi battles or Battle Facilities?
@@goldenhydreigon4727 that's not the point, Deino litteraly evolves into Zweilous at Level 55.
@@BluEatsNuggets no, you missed the point. WiFi battles set Pokémon to level 50 or level 100 depending on what you choose when you battle someone else.
@@PeyPeySupreme but in wifi battles, the background is completely different, as far as I know, you can't put a blooming summer meadow there, so the argument doesn't count
Are we sure Ghetsis wasnt the one with the Hydreigon in that trailer?
Fun Fact for people who don't know: the international Pokémon Red and Blue had the in-game trades of the Japanese Pokémon Red and Green, but the dialogue of the Japanese Pokémon Blue. In the Japanese Pokémon Blue, the man who receives a Poliwhirl actually received a Machoke, while the man who receives a Raichu actually receives a Kadabra
The voice of Trainer Choice is Ash so of course he's wrong. He uses electric attacks on ground types. And it works.
because Ash is a cheater only where it is not needed
what about his thunder armor sh*t in Liza and Tate battle
@@uchihapokemax3259 well, that's just bullshit. I have no idea which show creator could have come up with this terrible strategy
@@pgteea It's most likely a way to show off the fact that swellow has the ability guts
Guys Ash isn't a cheater it was the power of anime logic what could Ash do if he and the other characters are in anime.
number 31 : when you thunderbolt your swellow so much , that he doesn't get his b-llshit thunder armor from the anime
Seth Colby anime doesn’t follow game logic
It’s called adrenaline
Madness Arcade i dont like to do this but that’s a biiiig r/woosh
@@madnessarcade7447 the anime not following the game is a lazy excuse.
@@madnessarcade7447 not one of these comments.
"THE ANIME DOESN'T FOLLOW THE GAMES"
"Well, the anime *DOES* follow the games! Would it be alright if somehow Pikachu evolved into Blastoise? Would it be alright if Charizard knew how to use Water Gun?" - Alex (TheAuraGuardian) 20something
...so no one will say he get's guts from paralysis?
really?
5:57 in case you were thinking, it meant “Caterpie eventually evolves into butterfree, after first evolving into metapod”

Yes, and the main character is brock
I love how they showed 2 different Pokemon named 'Nuzleaf' and NEITHER of them are actually Nuzleaf!
keep in mind this was at a time where 4Kids where at their most stupid, and yet how could they get stuff THIS wrong so many times (makes you glad that the Pokemon Company themselves are handling the anime instead of lending it to other companies to avoid stupid stuff like that again)
You smell like doo doo

"At close distances, it can shatter rock."

Technically, Seviper would be the best choice to fight Forretress with. As long as your Seviper knows Flamethrower that is.

Thedudeacrossthestreet Nice name
Inverse battles were supremely underrated!! Only one trainer in Gen 6. That’s just sad. We need more Inverse Battle representation!!
I agree. That was a fun twist. Then again, Pokémon does tend to not support different battle styles for that long. Poor Rotation battles.

Cubone family line is mysterious as Arceus Himself, if you get to turn into a Cubone in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World you're fully equipped with skull helmet and refined humerus bone as weapon. And in Pokemon-Human World, the existence of a newly hatched Cubone contradicts its Bio record, at the moment of hatching they are fully armoured with bones though their moms are alive. Perhaps the first Cubone originated from the Kangaskhan baby whose mother died due to natural cause or human cruelty, due to the lack of mother this Kanga baby adapts and turned into a Kangaskhan subspecies which people now called Cubone and Marowak. In respect of the first Cubone, all Marowak this day made a culture that obliged their children to wear skull helmets.
