To the comments regarding his appearance. According to an interview, his body type is short and stocky but muscular. He was in a serious car accident years ago that left him nearly crippled. He's in his mid 60's. He works the 3rd shift at the hospital, and often works double shifts. He spends his spare time reading a lot and watches TV to relax. He admits to eating a more processed vegan diet out of convenience.
I have noticed a trend of anit-veganism trolling to post derogatory comments regarding appearance of vegans on all vegan channels, regardless of vegans' actual appearance, in an apparent attempt to discourage veganism. I'm guessing industry might be behind the trend.

most sick people in world ( very sick /weak body ) can not handle well sugar /carbs /starches and fiber,
both is main part of vegan. and high fat vegan ( avocados, olives and coconut ), not makes full
( not tasty enough to eat enough, daily ). same for durian, what is also not available everywhere.
pharma-health-mafia is very big and everywhere, why should they lose when control everything ?
all vegan activists ( youtube etc ), not care ( talk or reduce ), human suffering ( government is still here ).
are they from criminal organisation for, new world order ( greate re-set, Build Back Better, new age ) ?
see other non-sense what is non-stop on T.el e/a V.ision by govern-ment(al ), said by those vegans too
( co2, gender ), political vegan-ism will never be supported by the majority, no matter what pressure they put.
so no, i not use look for say, something not works. and i know, vegan, carnivore with fruit version, vegetarian,
and eating everything, can work for years + . see, have some healthy ( not perfect ) old people in every place.

Hospitals, doctors offices and schools should be places where good nutrition is taught and provided not places that contribute to disease and obesity. It is crazy the hospitals are feeding people the very food that caused the heart disease, high blood pressure or cancer that they are treating. Every person in the hospital should receive some nutrition education before being released. Every doctor visit should be an opportunity to educate patients about how food choices impacts their health outcomes. The fact that doctors do not get nutrition training as part of their training makes no sense. Medicare and Medicaid should require nutrition education as part of patient care. Focus should be on food choices. Fasting should be investigated as a treatment for disease.

However they would be shooting themselves into their own foot, no? Imagine a world without foodborne diseases how many hospitals would have to close Docs would become unemployed, Pharma couldn’t make billions year on year, simply they are not interested that humans become healthy. Why do you think the recommendation for Vitamin D is so low, Vitamin D heals, again this couldn’t be in the interest of big Pharma etc..

My husband and I are going on 14 years of a whole food plant based diet. My husband was given 3 years to live with agressive prostate cancer and if he wanted to live 5 years he would need surgery, radiation and chemo. Well we went home that day and begin to research everyday and everything published said we must change our diet and lifestyle. We started overnight. He is still doing well no meds, better blood work then probably his doctor. We would never go back to the Standard American Diet (SAD). We are both 77 and feel great! Not a single doctor we have met have said tell me more they just say keep up what your doing. Sad as they could save so many lives that they took an oath to do so. Your lucky if you get 15 minutes with your doctor today. How in the world can a doctor give good advice on nutrition in 15 minutes. That is only enough time to give you perscription drugs to treat your symptoms not the CAUSE!

I disagree about veganism being about love I don’t love animals and some animals I want them as far away from me as possible lol but I don’t want them to suffer or die they deserve to live just like every sentient being and not be used as commodities so I would say its compassion and leaving animals alone to their own lives just like we do with our own lives.

Everything (except for beans growing in muck) I already knew. However, Dr. Mills speaks so beautifully, so succinctly - this is one of the most elegant arguments for being vegan I’ve ever heard. I’m so grateful because I’m not a great speaker myself and listening to this, I feel I have talking points I can begin with. The line about chicken addiction is the best!

What an excellent speech! For the pass couple days I’ve been contemplating going vegan and I’m convinced it’s the best antidote for a healthier lifestyle. The four testimonies you shared and the scriptures from the book of Isaiah was the absolute icing on the cake… sooo very powerful! Please continue to set us captives free with the powerful words of God, and the transforming information in regards to adopting a plant based diet! God Bless you now and always!🙏🏾♥️

I wonder how many takes they did before the whole crew was able to stifle their laughter. Vegans do serve a real purpose. They make smart people laugh. Thank you for this comedy skit!
