As a plant-based board certified physician - ( and living in New Zealand one of the highest dairy producers -but home to James Cameron - Exec Producer of The Game Changers!) only wish this was watched by millions! - doctors, nutritionists, athletes, politicians/policy makers and general population! Thanks to one of my heroes Milton Mills - and 2 new ones - thanks ladies!

Hi Dianne, fellow kiwi here. Great comment. Fonterra destroys our environment and rivers with intensive dairy farming, and exports the powdered milk to the detriment of millions of people.

Why ppl just talking about milk saying they drink almond milk or will switch to almond milk after hearing this? Dairy milk is also in icecream, sour cream, cream cheese, all cheeses, ranch, yogurt and so on. If you don’t read ingredients you are ingesting it consuming milk through other food such as bread, cake, donuts, cereal, crackers, chips, the list goes on.

So I was recently diagnosed with gastritis and I'm also an asthmatic. My doctor told me to stay off diary and gluten because it's causing excess inflammation in my body. So I follow the diet he recommended and not only did my asthma symptoms decrease, my acne disappeared and my gastritis went away. I feel so much healthier.

Milk is poison. I have been plant focused (90% plants and 10% organic animal protein. I can’t digest legumes). I felt incredible… I began adding dairy because of pressure from my family insisting that I get other nutrients), and I felt AWFUL. Terrible digestion, bad skin, low energy, weight gain, and felt irritable. I took it out of my diet and felt incredible in one day. I have always stayed lean and healthy, excellent bill of health… so I will follow my intuition and my body and avoid any dairy (and ultra processed food) for good. Thank you for your wonderful content ❤

I too love Dr. Mills lectures. I just question why he’s a heavy vegan if he’s doing a whole food plant-based. I wonder if he still consuming a good amount of oil. I’ve learned that processed oils thickens our blood and can cause serious health issues. I also have experimented and cut the process oils out and only use avocado nuts and seeds in moderation and both my husband and I have drop 20 pounds and four months plus his blood pressure finally went down. I’m excited to see what his cholesterol numbers look like now that we have been free of processed oils for four months. Other than that his information is fantastic! Thanks for sharing his interview.

Canola & vegetable oils are poisons. However, hexane-free, cold pressed oils are quite healthy in moderation, i.e. olive, avocado, walnut, coconut, & flaxseed oils…in moderation.

@switchforgood...I'm only 20 minutes into this video but the main point that's sticking out to me so far is that cow's milk causes an excess of stimulation to human cells which can cause the cells to become cancerous. My question: Can that same scenario of excess stimulation being cancer causing be equally applied to electronics such as cell phones, etc? I've been hearing that too much use of cell phones and other electronic devices cause too much "stimulation" in our bodies which can be cancer causing so I'm now wondering whether it's pretty much the same type of situation as cow's milk causing too much stimulation to our cells. It seems very much the same which is interesting because it makes this Information about cow's milk make more sense in a way we can understand more.

Stop eating Meat eggs and fish too. Bottom line. Eat a whole food plant based diet, organic, no GMOs in a balanced way as dr Gregor daily dozen outlines his nutrionfacts.org website covers all facts including walking as he does on a treadmill. Once I started to follow these experts it became clear the government guidelines are designed by big business not nutrition facts. this info has been around for over 50 years by experts and yet it has been squashed by powerful big business. It’s up to us not to fall for this. At least we can get educated and educate others. The truth will set us free but I don’t like being the odd person out. People are addicted to their unhealthy comfort foods even though they feel awful after eating them or worse sick. Crazy.
Love to all of us taking abuse for following a healthy diet💜
