Did you introduce yourself first or just purchase food then review. I had a worse experience with this Birmingham store. Went in at night wait for almost 1h for food take away 2 full chicken is uncooked no taste, chicken wrap, chicken burger, panini chicken all chicken inside are dry like chewing gum and garlic bread the worst ever better to purchase in Lidl.
also end up they forgot to put the spicy rice. Call to the store they just apologize and ask to come down to resolve this. Next day bring all the food back first the staff nicely apologize they said last night is busy and happy to resolve this. I told them to cook the same food what I pay for they said we need permission from boss. He was so rude and ask me to get out I am not given you free food. I am going there to review the food see how good it is according to you review but end up the worst experience I had recorded the video and conversation with staff. Please kindly do not disclose who you are after review the food then up to you of view. No standard of food I will never go back and will not recommend to anybody there are other restaurants better price given high standards of food to all customer. I don't have the boss name at this Birmingham branch he had no management experience or customer service didn't come down to shop just watching CCTV
