Knew it was my local Khan's. Not surprised with the HeyMans, food is always spot on. Always been a class chippy from the 70s when Louis & Marko ran it. Also my cuzzy captain collab as well? Niiiice!!

Just seen this post new where you was on about before i started watching from your description .Khans is probably best fish shop i have ever used. Lamb curry and chips is spot on in fact all there food is great .Staff are always nice friendly and helpful .also do a great roast potato . sadly bit far for me to walk now with a dodgy knee .

Great review as per usual. Good to hear the curry and sharwama was amazing and some heymans were dropped Imagine if it didn’t live up to the hype 😬 keep up the content.
Dry fish bite did look a bit thin to be fair. When you've got thin and thick bits of fish together the thin ones will be cooked quicker so can end up a bit dry since you still have to leave them in until the thick ones are also done. Bit of a hassle trying to get the thin ones out early to make sure they're not over done.
Probably better to taste the thicker pieces to see if it is actually cooked too much.

Meat curry on chips is 🔥 its not everyone's cup of tea but I love it

Semantics mate.
It's not semantics - there's a lot of flavour in the balti bowl as it's cooked at such high heat the sauce caramelises on the sides.
Something you won't understand until you've cleaned a balti bowl out with a naan but it has an amazing BBQ like charred flavour.

Got to be honest, it looks like one of worst foods ever. Doesn't look appetising at all. Its thatbtype of greesy chippy food that low quality. However the way u described it sounded like its best food in england
