I wished in the state of Virginia we had rules like that. If it is on the street you have the same rules. I leaned that the hard way. It cost me alot of money to make it state legal.

If a fella was interested in buying one of these, and cant afford going all the way out to California or nevada where it seems 90% of these are, and ideas on where to look for them on the east coast? Forums?
yes I think you could find groups for these, just be careful about the fb scammers out there that try to ruin good things, like I heard Facebook Marketplace was getting scammers, I think there are these Dune Buggy Sand Rail clubs in the south thanks for watching
