I had a title with mine since it was a vw beetle chassis. I'd maybe try applying to Vermont for a title since they are quite lax.
I wanted to buy one but I could not find any insurance company to insure it, so I passed it up. Any helpful info on the matter? Thanks

Are you running a rack and pinion out of what car? I have a dune buggy I want to fix and vw steering boxes are just expensive 😐
