I'm starting the 15th episode. I was born in '89. We're in the tail end of '95. I still don't remember any of this personally from childhood. I'm curious how much longer until the storyline starts becoming more closer to the stories of the war I remember from choldhood. I watched WCW every week with my dad from the early 90's till the mid 2010's. Thanks man. This has been so much fun.

Two points one Ric Flair and Eddie Guerrero had awesome matches that kinda went under the radar, very underrated matches and two Bobby Eaton is one of the most underrated wrestlers of all time.
Madusa really changed everything i mean she was furious because she was fired as a champion but thabks to that spot Bret was screwed Vince didnt wanted to see that segment again with bret
The thing is Vince was the one who started the whole thing by having Flair show up in 1992 with the NWA/WCW title. But yeah Bischoff would have begged Bret to bring the WWF title to WCW, I don’t think Bret would have done it tho.

WrestleMania the Arcade game DAMN! I had that when I was a kid. I remember winning the intercontinental championship with Bret Hart and how OP Yokozuna was. Such a fun game, one of the best wrestling games from my childhood. I had the PlayStation version.
I remember when I first saw the Shawn Michaels tribute when I was 11 years old. I really thought he was retiring. 35 year old me is like “oh man I can’t believe I feel for that”
Yeah, Shawn & Diesel were awesome, but man. Looking back at this today- Shawn running/jumping into Diesel's arms reminds me of Rocky & Apollo's beach moment from RockIII
This stuff is great as an Aussie kid growing up I had no way of seeing any of this until foxtel came to Australia which was mid to late 90's and I believe only WCW aired for some time before WWF came to fox I became a WCW fan first but then when WWF came in right around the attitude era started which to me was the best it ever was I can't stand modern wrestling today and it has been sad to see my heros age. I saw a couple live shows in Australia around the same time but that rarely happened for obvious reasons. The biggest disappointment was the WCW invasion it went nowhere so much talent wasted but I believe there was alot ego, resentment and politics backstage that fans didn't know about at the time. The attitude era sucked me in Austin, Triple H, Mankind, The Rock, Taker, Angle and many others put on the best show of all time I mean consistently as an era. When these guys started leaving due to semi/retirement and or injury ( God bless the Taker wrestled till his body fell apart but still put on a good show) they left a big hole in the show it became boring to me and I lost interest maybe I grew up I don't know for sure.
