It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out...WCW is gonna build a big lead, but around the time of post-WM13 and the Austin/Bret double turn WWF started producing some of their best content ever, (although without WCW's midcard depth) and then eventually WCW just falls off a cliff entirely.

I will never forgive the wwf for what they did to Owen. Not just killing him, but hamstringing him time after time after time despite him being one of the best in the world and one of the best ever between those ropes.
Owen was a good wrestler but no charisma shitty characters. He’s best known for the crowd shouting nugget at him non stop and he hated that. The blue blazer. The corniest character ever. Hell yes! Maybe for reliving the war, recap the first hour of nitro but keep the battle the same for the 2nd hour and hour of raw? My logic is that should be when nitro should be knocking on all cylinders to keep people from tuning into raw?
This is definitely a very good idea for one of the options. Recap the parts that aren’t running simultaneously and then do the grading system for the head to head segments. Then when raw goes to two hours do head to head the whole time and when Nitro goes to three hours do the recap for the unopposed parts and the head to head grading for the simultaneous segments. Either do it like that or maybe go by percentage of time for each show. So when nitro is twice as long you compare 20 minutes of Nitro to 10 minutes of Raw and then 15 minutes of nitro to 10 minutes of raw when it’s 3 hours opposed to 2. I use the 15 to 10 just as a general and easy to understand block of time, it might end up being 21 minutes to 14 or 27 to 18. Something like that.
I like your idea, but I'd like to see the ratings for the first hour of Nitro vs the head to head hour. Would be interesting to see how the numbers lay out.
I'm not surprised that RAW popped a huge rating for this night. I think IYH: Good Friends/Better Enemies did a solid buyrate too, and that's really no coincidence in my mind. I feel like this period in 1996 was a really underrated, albeit brief, moment in time for the WWF. They were really doing a lot of things right in the first four months of 1996 (some really good angles, e.g. Diesel/Undertaker), and when you look at the roster, it was absolutely stacked (Bret, Taker, Diesel, HBK, Razor, HHH, Austin, Owen, Bulldog, Vader, Mankind, Goldust - just an embarrassment of riches). It's probably for the best that history unfolded the way it did, but one of the biggest "what ifs" for me has always been how the rest of 1996 could have played out if Diesel, Razor, and Bret had stayed instead of going to WCW/going on a hiatus.
I say go to the releasing these every fortnite so you can keep up the quality that you have now. I'm sure ism not the only one that appreciates the time and quality that you put in and can be patient and wait an extra week between episodes to keep the same quality of work and viewing pleasure that we all enjoy
The only problem with that is that the MNW went on for another few years after this episode, and they did it weekly. So do we really want Wrestling Bios to commit to even longer than the amount of time the shows would've aired? I mean I do enjoy the series, but thinking about watching these videos until 2023 or beyond just doesn't make sense, considering all the other content that gets dropped on this channel. It will soon enough only be uploading Reliving The War.
Undertaker was on the latest episode of "Hot Ones", eating hot chicken wings and telling good stories from back in the day. Definitely worth the watch for any current or prior WWF fan.

I’ve been listening to the Doors today. Warrior sounds razor sharp. Edit: I would hate for this series to be less detailed because I love the format, but I also see the need for change. Not sure how you’ll adjust, but I’m along for the ride no matter what.
This series is at its best summarizing and contextualizing the program's against each other, so I think having part of each episode discuss Nitro before scoring the simultaneous broadcast makes the most sense, even if specific match details beyond highlights are sacrificed.
Every couple of weeks works for me if that quality and content can continue. You’re putting out the best damn videos I’ve seen since this Monday Night wars were actually live. Thank you for everything.

I absolutely love this series, I would hate to see it go because you do such an amazing job on it and it’s the first time I get to see most of this stuff. I think you could possibly break it in half, judge the first and second half of each show the first half will be an hour for nitro and half an hour for raw, something else you could do is at each half point put a vote option in the top right of the video so we can all vote with you!

i would simply review the unopposed hour like you have with the (.5 specials) and still do the reviews on the head to head hours. when raw becomes 2hrs in 1997 you can then do both hours head to head but skim over the more quiet or non storyline matches.make them 30mins max. id still like them to be every week, i love these shows and wait for them to appear every week. keep up the shows man, love them.

Only problem with putting them head to head during the first hour is that in real life they were rated on the actual show itself, the whole show, and also this would mean Nitros main event couldn't be taking into account as that is in Nitros 2nd hour while Raws main event is the first hour so that would mean both raw and Nitros main events couldn't be compared if were to go with that option, i think it should still be kept to a simple format and discuss the main matches while discussing anything on nitro that is irrelevant to the least. You already did this even in this video and when PPVs were taking place. You didn't score when it was just one of the companies, but you still covered them. Keep up the amazing work!
I thought of something and hopefully it hasn't already been posted; Keep rating the 2 hours of Nitro compared to the 1 hour of Raw and just double the points. So for instance, if in the two hours, Nitro has 10 segments compared to 1 hour of Raw that has 5 segments, just have Raw's segments worth 2 points each. This way there could still technically be a tie. Of course, it may not always be an straight double amount of segments, but at least then you could still compare points to what you liked better without having to totally gut one half of the show.

Just a thought since this will only be an issue until Feb 7th 1997 episode,. The next several months you can compare the episodes using a 4 category criteria (match quality- promo quality- storyline quality- episode entertainment quality) on scale 1-5 with the winner having most points. That way you could could recap an entire episode at once, then score it, do the same with the other episode and compare scores at end. Just a thought

Just a thought since this will only be an issue until Feb 7th 1997 episode,. The next several months you can compare the episodes using a 4 category criteria (match quality- promo quality- storyline quality- episode entertainment quality) on scale 1-5 with the winner having most points. That way you could could recap an entire episode at once, then score it, do the same with the other episode and compare scores at end. Just a thought
