And I am not young if you would know my actual age... however, my parents were Mediterranean and so I was raised with delicious wholesome food! As a result of this I grew-up healthy and beautiful! Then I eat large portions of small tomatoes.... and of course, peaches and cherries and water melon... Oh Lala. No meat! Perhaps fish like salmon and chicken yes! Citrus fruits! If I dare say so I look slender and my skin is flawless.... my hair is natural curly I still set it and I have a lovely coiffure! I am Happy !Dear Readers, eat and nourish thyself with fresh produce... no cans! Zuccini, red peppers, small tomatoes onions and garlic broccoli - if the world would eat this diet daily there would no diseases... instead of people eating out of a can. Learn how to cook! One of my favourite Greek dishes with delicious Greek bread and the original feta cheese.

Hi...my breast cancer came back too after 5 yrs. Now they want me to do chemo which I don't want to do. I want to go naturally, but don't know if that will work & if I don't do chemo might spread😢
@carolvalentine9223….. I’m so sorry to hear that Carol. I am on a fairly new drug called Ribocyclib plus Letrozole. I will be on it for the rest of my life but it is quite bearable and I lead a normal life, albeit with a greater fear factor because I have low immunity as a result. When she found out I was eligible to have this drug my oncologist was very happy and declared this new drug was a ‘game changer’. That gave me a lot of confidence as she seemed very excited about it so maybe ask your oncologist if you are entitled to be on this drug. I was able to complete an 18 mile walk to raise funds for a cancer charity last year so I really am able to lead a pretty normal life. Good luck 🤞🏻 Xxx

I'm 65 years old. I have seen people who are health nuts, die from heart attacks, cancer or some other disease. My grandmother on my mother's side lived to be 103. She was Lebanese. Cooked and ate Lebanese food. My grandfather, her husband died at 56 years old. Was Lebanese and ate the foods that she cooked but was a smoker. My mom died at 101 and ate what she wanted. My dad was English and smoked into his 40s. He was diabetic. Didn't do what the doctors said and died at 74.
I had thyroid cancer in my late 40s and recently lost a breast to cancer. I was never a smoker nor a drinker, ate pretty decently, worked out sporadically.

1 Carrot
1 Cucumber
7 pcs. Calamansi and/or

Eating acidic veges use organic, blended into juice for morning, lunch and diner literally starves the cancer cells to shrink and stop the growth if you do this diet for a week. And take no alkali food at the same time.

I find it to be creepy, because every video like this dwells on that. If I wanted to see these kinds of images, I'd have gone to med school. Second, if there are 5 fruits I can eat - tell me what they are already!!!! Why hem and haw for 11 minutes out of a 12 minute video? This video should have taken a minute to watch.
