One item to include on the reviews on robotic vacuums is the customer service of the brand. This one is worth considering, I have a new i3 and skipped a large area of my house for no reason. ? If you have main floor and stairs to bedroom would you place base on second floor and add first floor instead of basement? Can it fall down the stairs? Roombas are horrible with steps and sliding glass doors (when closed!)
