General/briefieng guy: I'VE LOST A LOT OF RESPECT FOR YOU AFTER PULLING THIS TUNT
Problem, the Estovakians were planning to blow Gracemeria sky high with nukes. If cornered any further, they would have proceeded to destroy Gracemeria sooner than later. The Emmerians had no choice but to pull back their troops for now so as not to provoke their enemies further to use the nukes. Garuda Team disobeyed a direct order from Mission Command, and risked getting Gracemeria and its people in immediate danger. It's a serious issue enough that costed Garuda Team having their wings suspended for now, because Talismen and Shamrock refused to disengage the Stringon Team. Shamrock mostly for letting his desire to save his family cloud his judgement.
@@leon4000 Well Ghost Eye had every opportunity to elaborate on the subject, also Garuda would also have put themselves in huge danger had they retreated immediately since Strigon team literally appeared out of nowhere right on top of em. While the F-15E is a damn formidable plane, and I believe a faster plane overall, if I am not mistaken the Su-33 has better thrust and can get to its top speed a bit faster than the F-15E can get to its own. Garuda had no choice really but to engage if they wanted the best chance at surviving.
@@Marsproject11 I have to agree with that as the Stringon Team was already there to focus all fire on Garuda Team, so unfortunately they had no choice but to fight their way out. It would have helped their suspension less had at least Shamrock mentioned that their retreat was being held up by the Stringon Team. But he was already ignoring the orders and took action wherever he saw fit, not the best move in the situation he found himself into along with Talismen.
@@leon4000 Well the way I see it Talisman, us, wanted to obey the order as well until Strigon appeared so he just couldn't abandon his wingman to be slaughtered. And in Shamrocks defense put yourself in his shoes, he believes his family, his wife and daughter who are languishing under estovakian, waiting for him to come swoop in save them, can you say with any degree of certainty that you WOULDN'T defy orders to get to them? Especially when they are pretty much within arms reach at this point in the campaign? Pressure was getting to him, while it was a dumb move on his part I honestly can't blame him for trying it.
Being a mute protagonist is what got Blaze, Talisman and Trigger in trouble. Every goddamn time something happens, they blam the guy that won't defend himself. Blaze gets blamed for the 8292's actions, Talisman for defending himself and Shamrock from Strigon Team, while Trigger somehow always gets punished for things he clearly did not do.
What about Ace3 Protagonist?

Honestly, I don't think the protagonists are mute (except for 3 for obvious reasons) perhaps for the sake of the gameplay and in order to make the players feel like they are reincarnating those aces, but they do speak behind the scenes due to comments they make on the screen. radio/cinematics in some games not to mention that confidence it ends up generating (in case you are a squad leader among your teammates where they form strong bonds), one of the comments that comes to mind is when Harling literally asks blaze if he It's about the same pilot and he says it clearly because his voice sounds similar to him, that indicates that if they have a voice, it's just that for the sake of the game mechanics they don't include it.

Well, in defense of Estovakia, let's remember that they have just finished a civil war (which basically devastated the country for 6 continuous years) without mentioning that within the event Ulysses is one of the countries that has been most destroyed, it is natural that its technology and many things are quite obsolete and outdated in some terms.

Nope, I tried to just nope.avi outta there and leave shamrock, but of course the game won't let me abandon my stuck up little shit for a wingman. I also like how Shamrock blatantly puts himself, his wingman, and all of Gracemeria at risk because he wouldn't follow orders.

I was thinking of buying a 360 just to play this...It's the only AC I haven't played besides the PSP ones. It looks great, I feel really weird thinking about how amazing these games were when they came out and the series isn't living up to its name today, it's a shame. We need Ace combat 7

I wish this mission would let you obey your orders and withdraw. I actually tried, but the mission won't end until you shoot down Strigon Team.
What's even more ironic is that AWACS Ghost Eye also voiced Michigan from Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon and both even have AC6 titles too! Ace Combat VI: Fires of Liberation and Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon. What a coincidence.

l have only one grevence against this game. F-22's don't show up on radar. they are designed with that as a man feature of the aircraft.
what happened to f117 is a Coordinated Attack... The radar was Directed Precisely to the Flight Path of the F117... the same Flight path it used for the last week or so...i don't see the point of your statement or hell even asking
chase belongia People don't understand stealth. It's not supposed to be invisible to radar. It's supposed to conceal the aircraft enough to keep it from getting locked on to by Sam's.
Your correct up until the f-22 and to a small degree the B-2. These aircraft are designed to be dectect by any radar, my job is to know the exact capabilities of these aircraft to analyze and improve them for the US gorverment. The f-22 is design to not show up on a rader screen until it fires a weapon from it's interal weapons bays.
And don't even get me started on the f-35. Personally don't like it, but having seen the shit they crammed in that air frame you will never stand a chance.
